Santiago the son needs to be retrained and the owner needs to stop protecting him as he was not part of the telephone conversation. Also he needs pricing posted somewhere. Shady business.

So, personally this dry cleaner i have supported for almost 5 years, understanding alteration is needed if my clothing is damaged PRIOR the service from my, or other actions. I'm so glad we did. First, the facility is modern, bright, and super clean. You can tell JD and the people working with him really care about this business. Secondly, JD is very personable and very helpful. He took the time to teach my husband and me how to use his beautiful machines. It was a nice surprise to have someone so patient and happy to show the newbies how everything works. If you forget detergent and softener, they have smaller bottles to buy, and they have a nice sitting area to eat your snack or lunch while you wait for your laundry to finish washing/drying. Also, they have a service where they do your laundry for you and they fold it all beautifully and tie it up with a ribbon- I watched them doing this. I highly recommend this business. Great place!

Dropped off my daughter's dress to be dry cleaned and came back to a destroyed dress!! They have the worst customer service and do not want to do what is right. This dress was dropped off for a stain removal and we received a destroyed garment. This dress was also to be worn for my daughter's prom. We will have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere when this business destroyed the fabric and the sequin. By the way the stain is still there as well. So they lack the ability to remove stains and customer service. I had my daughter's birthday dress altered here recently as well. You can't even tell it was done. The sleeves were shortened and she was able to keep the cuffs perfect. The overall length was shortened too and it looks great.
