Overall my experience with Marse Cleaning and would use them again. The crew of 3 arrived within…read morethe agreed upon window, which helped me tremendously with my schedule - as I was working from home. During the scheduling process, Jannet (sp?) was extremely responsive, which was impressive. She explained some of the negative reviews I'd come across and I was satisfied with her explanation. After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! My oven was sparkling like it was the day I moved in! The flat fee charged was fair and reasonable. THANK YOU!

Their "Deep Clean" service included organizing things that were strewn all over the place, vacuuming, moping, dusting, and cleaning floors, countertops, doorframes, appliances, etc. Engaging them was easy with a few Yelp messages and then the appointment was set up for the next day. Sent them some images of the areas so they knew what to expect and then they came and their team cleaned the whole house as requested. Whenever I need a full cleaning of the house ever again, I definitely am calling them back! 5 Stars!

Mindful Cleaning Service delivered services that exceeded our expectations. For context, they…read morehandled a move-in clean for a one-bedroom student apartment in Arlington, TX. The highlights of their service, besides a thorough, soup-to-nuts cleaning included great communication (quick responses, proactive reminders/updates and detailed follow up) and high-touch, personalized service (listening carefully and addressing needs with attention). The owner, Shavonne C. called within minutes of the initial request being sent via Yelp. She spent time with a consultation to discuss the scope of work in detail and review areas of concern. We are from out of town, and did not have any cleaning supplies or equipment, so that was one aspect of the job that was noted and handled expertly. At the completion of the cleaning, we were provided with a detailed, written report and photos of the apartment. This was a Wow! point. They also cleaned the exterior of the windows; something which we didn't think about - another example of how they went above and beyond to deliver a space that had a tangibly better vibe. If you're looking for a 110% professional cleaning service that is also warm and friendly, this is it. I highly recommend Mindful Cleaning Service.

We came back to what honestly felt like a brand-new home--floors shining, counters sparkling, and not a dust bunny in sight. Their communication was on point from start to finish. They kept us in the loop without being overbearing, and even better--they were so thoughtful around our pets. We have a few furry supervisors at home (some more curious than helpful), and Mindful Cleaning was so gentle and respectful with them. Big win in our book! We've used other services before, but this one felt... different. Like they actually cared. You can tell it's not just a job to them. They take pride in what they do, and it shows. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a deep clean with a personal, professional, and pet-friendly touch.
