Gluten Free Sticky Toffee Pudding, absolutely delicious!
Joselyn M.

This is hands down my favorite upscale restaurant in Vegas. I recommended it to a friend who was trying to decide where to eat for her birthday dinner and we had a great time. This is such a good spot for special occasions. I think they recently changed their service fee policy and changed it to a standard tipping model, but I could be wrong. We joined on a Friday during happy hour and tried a variety of menu items. We had crab fried rice, seared salmon tiradito, jumbo wild Mexican shrimp, Caesar salad, brussel sprouts, oysters, 18 oz ribeye, macoroni & cheese, assorted sorbet, and the gluten free sticky toffee pudding. As a disclaimer, I don't eat raw seafood or crab so my favorite dishes are based on that factor. For an appetizer, I would recommend the Caesar salad. For your main meal, I would recommend the 18 oz ribeye to share. For sides I would recommend the brussel sprouts and their twice baked potato puree. For dessert, I would recommend the sorbet if you want something light and refreshing, and the gluten free sticky toffee pudding if you prefer something sweet. I feel their drinks are too strong for my taste, so I don't have any drinks to recommend. This place is beautifully decorated and service is top tier! I also want to note that during happy hour they don't have their bread service available. I was disappointed about this because I was looking forward to it, but I'm still happy with our meal. I'll continue to support this business and I hope you decide to give them a try and love it as much as I do!

Prime 141 serves one of the largest espresso martinis in Las Vegas! It was absolutely delicious! Awesome Happy Hour! Our server made it exactly to my specifications - icy cold! Good drinks, great friends & Octopus decor vibes! Cheers!

Thanks you Cierra for all the pictures! You're an asset ti this place!

We came in on a Saturday night for date night, and the service was truly outstanding from start to finish. From the host staff to our servers, everything felt welcoming and intentional. We were taken care of by Kim and Cierra, and although I didn't catch his name, there was also an African American gentleman with clear glasses who was equally attentive and kind. They all gave great recommendations and made the experience even better. This is one of my favorite places; I come specifically for the crab cakes and the filet mignon. My husband had the ribeye with jumbo shrimp, and we also ordered the crab rice. Everything was absolutely amazing. Cierra even took photos for us when I asked, which made our date night feel extra special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot. It is perfect for date night, and I love that I can enjoy this level of quality without having to go all the way to the Strip.

Beautiful interior, great service, came in for the happy hour specials. The drink specials look delicious but we were only eating today but I would definitely try them sometime when I'm drinking. Ordered the Dry aged Prime Burger EXCELLENT, Crab cake was very large and plenty of Crab in it not breading or filler. The French onion soup was also very good. The King Crab tempura was good but I probably wouldn't order it again cuz it is kind of pricey but its expensive stuff so I understand. Be warned dont come here trying to be on a budget, its still worth it. Support a local small business not the strip giants.

Prime 141 delivered an unforgettable birthday experience! A special thank you to Kim, our Experience Artist, who was attentive, thoughtful, and paced the entire evening perfectly. She made us feel celebrated from beginning to end without ever making us feel rushed. The astrology-themed cocktail was such a fun and unique touch, and the happy hour menu was absolutely delicious. Every detail contributed to making the evening feel special. If you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or any milestone, let them know ahead of time--they truly know how to make the occasion memorable. And honestly, even if you're not celebrating anything, Prime 141 is an experience worth having. Southern Highlands has a true gem, and I'll definitely be back!

I just moved in the southern Highlands area last year and finally made it into prime 141 a couple of weeks ago. I've gone to a ton of the steakhouses around town on and off the strip and was curious how a local spot in a neighborhood would be. This review is just for the bar experience went in with some friends had cocktails love that they have this kind of zodiac theme for their signature cocktails. Bar staff was very nice, and the restaurant itself was pretty nice. I wouldn't say it's as nice as Harlo in Summerlin, which is something I would compare it to. We had a few bites of food. About three dishes: fries, the crudités, and something else. Beautiful presentation. I did think the prices were also fair for the overall quality and experience. Glad to know this is a solid spot in the neighborhood, I will definitely be back for a full dinner and update.

The atmosphere was very inviting and the food was spectacular. The bread before we ate was warm and tastful. I had the filet and it was prepared perfect with amazing flavor

My husband took me here for my Birthday and Leo was our server. He was wonderful and gave excellent service. Everyone there was very nice , beautiful place and nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. The people, food and place was great . We always try to support the local I think they're better than places on the strip . Those celebrity chef restaurants are over rated, I've been there try it and I think Prime 141 is way better.

Great atmosphere, great service and amazing food. My wife and I are really happy with dinner. Five star service by Leo. I will recommend my friend in the future to go to this place.

The single best happy hour we have ever been to! From the moment we walked in our hostess Selena was extremely courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond. The ambience here is absolutely stunning. Our server Kim was absolutely amazing. She did every single thing to make sure that she never skipped a beat, continually checking on us, making sure our drinks and food arrived right on point. She took time to explain menu items down to ingredient details. The European smoked butter with their housemade truffle bread was literally something like I have never tried before and such a delicacy! The crabcake was absolutely delightful. The martini flight was such a fabulous addition to happy hour with multiple different flavors and tastes, including Mezcal, bourbon, and of course, a traditional vodka martini. Their happy hour traditional Tito's martini was extra dirty and definitely larger than your average. Everyone on staff went completely above and beyond coming over to check on us and introduce themselves. This is literally the best steakhouse happy hour I have been to in Las Vegas and the best hidden gem in the southwest part of Las Vegas! Do not sleep on this one!! Tuesday through Saturday 3 PM to 5:30 PM is happy hour, their regular dining hours are from 5:30 PM to 9 PM and happy hour starts again from 9 PM to close.

My hopes were set sooooo high for this experience after hearing about it from a friend. First off, when making a reservation, I feel like they shouldn't even ask about special occasions if they aren't going to acknowledge it. We went for my 51st birthday. It was not only selected as an options but a comment was left in the box as well. We didn't expect anything free, but recognition would have been appreciated- otherwise leave it off your reservation page. The aesthetic was amazing, beautiful setting, lovely menu. However, service was incredibly slow - which was surprising since there were only 2 other tables occupied. Our waiter was so soft spoken, we had to ask him to repeat every single thing he said. He didn't seem to have a good handle on the menu or the items. Perhaps he was still new... The cocktails, after a very lengthy wait, were delish- the bread with the smoked salted butter was a highlight. We opted for the crab cake appetizer. So much delicious crab. Well done! The filet, bruleed corn and potato purée were tasty, but we were so over the wait by then, it overshadowed our experience. Will I be back to try some happy hour things? Maybe. They are close to our house, and I'd love for this to be a place for us to prefer. However, the disappointment in service and lack of special occasion recognition will definitely keep me from having this be a special occasion restaurant. Clearly, if we want someone to feel special or a priority, we will have to choose somewhere else.

THIS RESTAURANT is consistently AMAZING, with AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING STAFF and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called in last minute after a terrible experience at another restaurant, and even though it was New Years Eve, they HAPPILY accommodated our 4 person party. Not only is the food here Consistently Incredible in both taste and presentation, the staff, management and customer service are ALWAYS first class, top shelf, warm and welcoming, with incredible ambiance as well. I can't more highly recommend a High End Steakhouse, and it should also be noted, that for a High End Steakhouse, their prices are very reasonable. The Seafood Tower is always a winner, as is their amazing Brussel Sprouts, in addition to their Amazing Steaks and desserts. This place is ALWAYS a Highly Recommend.

Wow! This is a hidden gem in our neighborhood! The service is outstanding! The decor is so unique and the ambiance is trendy, warm, and feels exclusive. Crystal our server was impeccable! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of us. The food was outstanding! From he very unique bread service, all the way to dessert. The halibut fish and chips were the best ones I've ever had! The twice baked mashed potato purée, the Brussels sprouts, and the Easter gnocchi were all so delicious! The cocktails are fun, unique, and specially delicious!

What time is your full Dinner menu avilable?

Hello Keith, This is Ariel with Prime 141. I truly apologize for the delay in response. Our full dinner menu is typically available starting at 5 PM. However, because our guests are so important to us, we’re happy to serve the full menu at any time…

When is happy hour?

3pm-5:30pm at the bar and in the lounge

Is there a corkage fee?

Hello Christine. This is Ariel from Prime 141. There is a $45 corkage fee per bottle (750mL or less) and a limit of 2 bottles. Our wine list can also be found on our website…

Is there a dress code? If so what is not permitted?

It's smart casual. Probably wouldn't wear snapbacks or anything that is too casual. Definitely a more dressy restaurant.

Located in the Uncommons, I parked in their parking structure. I hung out for longer than 2 hours so I think that's why I paid $3 for parking at the end of the night. Entrance located in the Quad Area. Our waitress Bella was sweet and recommended the right drinks. We tried the Li Hung Hula margarita, Monkey In A Tree piña colada, and the Oso Panda signature cocktail. All drinks tasted amazing and looked very good. I loved the ambiance of this place. They have outdoor patio seating and inside seating. It gives a comfy feel with their seat cushions, small tables, and stools. I noticed it got busier as the night got later. They have one T.V. that they had on when I came in but was covered up by the time I left. I definitely recommend this place. Glad I came after dinner as they do not serve food here. I would definitely come again!

I will say on weekend nights, I had always seen this place crowded and lively. I was for sure curious. On a weekday evening, I strolled into this venue. It had great chill music and had some customers, but not busy at all. The weather had been a little more humid than usual and with the full opened walls/doors to the outside patio, it was a bit warm, little muggy sitting at the bar. The decor is really nice though, a really good tiki vibe. The bartender addressed us right away and we were first looking for an espresso martini but they had a Carajillo, which was explained to be a Spanish version of an espresso martini. The bartender said it was really good. We got it - and you have to expect something that is the same as the espresso martini. The flavor was alright, but the knock for me was that it was all ice. There was very little drink in it. The agua fresca was a winner - the Sundown Sipper. It was refreshing and a great blend of juices. Not tart, perfect amount of sweet tropical flavor. I did really enjoy this. If you're not a drinker, you have options here.

Bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Our cocktails *not pictured* were amazing. We would order them again. Our food was also delicious. We ordered the bang bang shrimp, spicy tuna crisp rice, and the spicy tuna roll. Everything was a bit on the pricier side but vibes were good. We wanted to try more food but kitchen closed by then. Our bartenders were apologetic and told us they should have told us last call, which I appreciated. We would definitely come here again! We wanted to try out the Thursday Ladies Night for 50% off and the late night specials for Thursday but I guess we will have to be back for that!

Bel-Aire Lounge is often a vibe due to the crowd of patrons it attracts. There's no denying that…read more The food options are decent, too. Where this venue lacks is in customer service. I will outline my very specific encounter. So boom--it's football season. An excellent opportunity for outlets to boost sales, be it food or alcohol. It's Sunday and the day's morning and midday games have concluded. Time for SNF! Rather than sitting in the freezing cold interior, we migrate to the patio. Noticing the patio TV is still set to the channel midday games aired on, I kindly ask the bartender if they can liase to have the patio's TV changed to the Sunday night game (so we can patronize in a warmer setting.) Bartender says "ok sure, all TVs transition anyway". Needless to say the patio TV did not after all of the indoor TVs did. I go back to relay that the patio TV did not cutover. The same bartender kicked off some half-hearted "yeah sorry, a different entity controls that" That's not how DirectTV/DAZN/Everpass works for commercial venues. Whomever can control the venues' TVs inside can control the outdoor one. The subscription is by FCO, and the patio is commissioned to Bel-Aire Lounge. And even if (theoretically) it was up to the Casino team to make the channel switch, bare bones customer service would encourage one to reach over to those other collagues to make this simple change happen. I approached a different Team Member, this time a red shirt and asked if he could liaise to make the channel switch. He confirmed that the folks inside had reign. And when I told him I'd already asked them, he shrugged and admitted they probably only said they couldn't as a way to get out of doing it. Eventually, I was able to flag down a different employee inside the venue (who I presume was a MOD) to have the TV flipped to the night game. Within a couple of minutes it was done. I paint the picture because the same bartender in question was standoffish when we entered the venue. She offered a menu but never came back to take the order. Eventually a much sweeter bartender came by to ask whether we'd been served, and offered to place the order. I don't mention this to be vindictive or put the young lady on the spot, but the stank and stush attitude is absolutely not how you maintain goodwill with spending customers. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if we were singled out, but I did find it interesting she pepped up her level of service to a different group. This prompted me to make an executive decision to STOP spending here, and head over to General Admission at the half. Sorry to say but the lady bartender with a tattooed chest and arm piece needs some coaching. In a climate where many entertainment and leisure businesses are seeing stagnancy, hospitable warmth goes a looooong way. Stop playing with people (especially those of us that work tangentially in the business and know how these things go) if you truly care about your top line. And ofc, there's no shortage of places willing to take your $ in exchange for basic gestures of humanity. My perception of Durango/STN as an operator is now mired :/ Should I ever decide to return, I will make certain I'm not spending my own dollars. Do better!

Fire orange like the colors of the Phoenix, then a switch to neon blue hues of color all above me!…read moreHow appealing and seductive the lights are! Flare is an extremely unique experience and lure! The lights continually change making drinking oh so exclusive and fun! On my most recent visit, I lent my ear for someone that so badly needed just someone to listen too. This someone is my bff. I will always have her back, and vice versa. Where better than a bar to distract her. The lights of flare have always been something that distracts her. Wanting to stay away from the strip and closer to home this bar is a fantastic location for both of us. Flare is located in the Silverton Hotel in the middle of the casino. Free covered parking, no cover, minimal people, and not touristy; perfect place for us. We arrive at different times, with my friend still stuck in traffic I just sit with a beer waiting. After she arrives she orders a Crown and Coke. I give the bartender the card and ask him to start a tab. As we sit here the orange and red hues wash over us from above, bathing us in its color. As it switches to bluish green we notice the pink coloring. My bff is smiling now we are getting somewhere. The smile from my bff is perfection and it is so great to see her smile. The tears were checked at the elevator as I watched her approach Flare and her eyes were immediately engulfed in the changing lights from above my head as I sat at the bar. Getting up I hugged my bff and the bartender seemed particularly interested in my friends unsettled mood. The bartender even asked what was bothering her. This bartender was so attentive to our order ensuring that we were not bothered by anyone asking to buy us a drink or if we needed a shoulder to cry on. As we drank the compassionate side of the bartender was fantastic. He even bought us a round of Crown and Coke too. Aside from having a wonderful bartender, whom was alert and always on his toes for keeping our drinks coming and water cups filled. The bar is a great place to try your luck with blackjack. The machines on the counter are level enough with the most comfortable chairs that I have sat in. The chairs at the bar are white bar type stools that are very fancy. This bar has that old world feel to it. Having traveled to many places, my favorite were those small homely places that are so ordinary that you have to stumble upon it to know it's greatness. When I discovered Flare my husband was gambling and I wanted a drink. The color changing of the lights beckoned to me. Answering the call, I discovered my cozy new place. My bff fell in love with the concept they used in designing the bar. As I listen to my bff the lights above keep changing. My eyes are constantly being drawn to those tempting lights. After a while the Crown and Coke got old, plus we wanted to walk out of the bar after drinking; and not be carried. Switching it up we asked our bartender what he would drink after so much Crown and Coke. His suggestion was beer. They offer a special happy hour price for $4.00 a bottle for Miller Lite. That's what we had, everyone likes happy hour prices. With work tomorrow and my bff mood changed we are going to find some food. They do not sell food here so it's off to find something delicious to absorb all the alcohol we partook of. In our merriment the service and atmosphere of Flare was exactly what we needed to reset ourselves. Come and see what the lights of Flare will do to you. The experience was magical and the bartender was fantastic. Thanks to making our troubles wash away and be replaced with hues of new color to enchant our week!
