Look at these cute and detailed hollies!

Christmas nails by Ashley! Very clean and proffessional location. I brought an example picture in for reference, and she listened to some small changes I had to the example photo. Very cute results and impressive detailing! Will be back!

Everyone is very nice and the massage chairs are the best! The staff is helpful with picking out colors and making suggestions. I bite my nails badly and I didn't feel judged going in. Amazing customer service and highly recommend!

This is before any services from them. My natural eyebrow shape.

Walked in for eyebrow waxing and was not happy when I left. For starters, she waxed off a lot more hair than I wanted and left me with a huge gap. Secondly, it was extremely painful and I was left with burns and cuts around my eyes.

A few weeks and still looking great!

I love the girls at this place. They always do such a great job and I get so many compliments when I get my nails done. There aren't many nail salons I like that take their time to make sure the nails look to my satisfaction. They are gentle with my cuticles and appreciate that they listen to my requests. The place is always clean and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

What I love about Prima Nails: *Very clean!!! You walk in and it looks so clean. I didn't see dust anywhere! I could tell the owner takes pride in her salon *Nice, cozy, relaxing atmosphere with good decor *good massage chairs *small thoughtful things: water, helping you get your keys out, arm rests during the manicure *very friendly staff, very personable, don't make you feel awkward The only issues I had were more of a preference thing. The manicure is a dry manicure so they don't put your hands in a bowl of water. I don't think it really makes a difference but I prefer soaking my nails. I also wish the tips on my french nails were a little thicker, my nails grow out quickly and you could see my nail underneath within a week (next time I'll make sure to express my preference). Lastly, the dead skin on my feet came back within a week, I'd prefer if they could do more work on getting rid of the dead skin. Overall, one of the cleanest friendliest nail salons I have ever been to!

Annie and Ashley always give you the best service and I'm never disappointed with my nails.

I loved my pedicure and nail color. OPI Sun, Sea and Sand in My Pants!

Let me just say ALL the positive reviews are accurate! I was so nervous going for the first time as one never knows what to expect, but Prima Nails is GLORIOUS! Heaven sent! The environment is soothing, relaxing, posh, clean and inviting. (Only downside, no pedicure chairs with massage.) Nails techs were friendly and kind. Annie, the owner was warm and gracious and gave me a warm hug when I left. The customers were friendly. Not those leave me alone types. lol Ashley. Ohhh how do I begin! One word, AWESOME! Best mani/pedi of my life. The foot and leg massage made me melt. She didn't cut me or massage too hard. In and out in 1:30. Quick neck and back massage during nail dry. Nail dryer is no UV, just a natural breeze. I loved it! Will go again and again. P.S. the mani is a no soak in water. They use oil and moisturizers and steam cloth to soften. Loved so much better than soaking.

    Very nice location and service.

This place is awesome. As a man I always feel strange getting pedicures but the owner makes you feel welcome and is very friendly. The prices are fair and the services are excellent. If you're looking for a pedicure or manicure definitely give this place a shot.

I had an overall ok experience at this salon. At another salon I got my first no chip gel mani decided i liked it so much I wanted another. The place i went to wasn't open yet, so I found Prima nails on yelp. I asked for a french tip, no chip manicure with a more opaque base. As i walked in I was greeted by 3 ladies. They were friendly and helpful. I only had an hour and Annie, my nail tech, delivered a fast and friendly service. A couple of down points though. After the first opaque coat i noticed a splotchiness to the color. I asked her if it would go away and she assured me it would with another coat. It sort of did but not %100. So there bit of a "done at home" look to my nails. The price was $30 plus $5 more for french tip. I think that was fair. That was cheaper than the last place i had gone to. However the other drawback was that somehow, the shelac leaked over the tips of my nail and dried on my fingertips... I felt a stickiness under my nails as I walked out but i assumed it was the lotion she put on my hands. As i walked to my car i stuck my hand in my pocket to look for my keys . I pulled my hand out and the tips of my fingers were covered in lint. Lol... I went in to let them know i got nail polish on my finger tips. She tried to clean it up with polish remover. But no chip nail polish is no joke, and difficult to remove. This wasnt an issue at the last salon i had gone to for no chip. The hours, prices, friendliness, and cleanliness was good. I'll probably go back and keep it simple next time with just 1 color.

I went to Prima Nail when it first opened so my experience is many months old. I figured I'd try PN since it was in the neighborhood, I had a coupon and needed a manicure badly! Overall, my manicure was ok. However what wasn't ok was the shoulder massage I was treated too. The individual who was giving the shoulder rub started pounding on my arms and it hurt. It especially hurt cause I had a bruise on one of my arms. My next problem happened when one of the women (I'm assuming the owner of the salon) started staring at my face and then told me the brow wax I had just gotten at the salon across the street. She then picked up a tweezers and started plucking them. In the process she told me how I needed to come to them the next time so they would get shaped properly. Needless to say, I haven't been back since. All in all I think I'll stick with my "usual" place for manicures and never go back to Prima Nails.

Clean, friendly. I've never waited more than ten minutes as a walk-in, and the no-chips last longer than other salons in the area.

During my dip manicure, the nail tech repeatedly dug her short nail into the sides of my fingers. I asked her to stop, but it continued, and I found myself flinching away at least 20 times over the two hours it took to complete the service. It was uncomfortable and honestly stressful. There was also an awkward seating issue -- the nail tech's legs were positioned under my chair, making it unclear where I was supposed to place my own legs. I've never experienced that before, and combined with the discomfort during the service, it added to an already unpleasant experience. The nails were cut extremely short and filed very rounded, more like a child's nail shape than a modern dip manicure. The color selection also feels outdated and doesn't reflect current trends. Pedicures here are just okay, but overall I've found that consistency and technique vary significantly between nail techs. I truly wanted to support a local business that's close by, but after multiple attempts, I won't be returning.
