Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.

They were polite and informative but unfortunately were not able to come to terms with my insurance adjuster due to a lack of sufficient information requested by the insurance company. Contacted another company through Yelp and do have an agreement. Just a heads up, their quote was right on target with my insurance company where Mills Roofing was significantly higher.

The other 5 companies I got bids from were respected, highly reviewed business also -- it's not like I'm comparing Mills to unlicensed, under the table deals. And I'm just a normal residential homeowner, ~1400sqft of roof, not even like a giant industrial complex! For that reason alone Mills was immediately out of the running. True Green was the only company I called who was helpful, prompt, and gave me what I felt to be a reasonable bid. Audrey was fabulous to work with! She gave me a bid for the project, helped me choose the perfect color and style of metal to use, and coordinated everything with the installers. She was very pleasant and informative, and was always easy to get ahold of. Vince and his install team were awesome as well! They did top notch work, and were always courteous and professional. This was probably the most positive experience I've ever had with a contractor, and I'm really happy with the finished product!
