When I brought it in for repair the technician said that it was indeed a chip, that at one point had already been filled, but he said he would clean it up for me free of charge, I had no idea and I don't think alot of girls would have known this. In this day and age it's been pretty hard, in my opinion to meet honest folks. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating and 10/10 recommend!

I drove up from Harrison, running a few minutes late but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Come time for the actual repair, I was not there for even half an hour! They were incredibly quick and you couldn't tell it had ever been damaged. Finally, when it came time to pay, they were LESS THAN HALF of what their competitors would have charged me. Simply put, they are incredibly accommodating, offer quick service that stacks up against anyone, and all for a fraction of the cost.

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming when I arrived. The team had the new window installed in about 2 hours, and we chose the version without the sliding panel for better visibility. The pricing was competitive, and the service truly lived up to their name "Reliable"! Thank you for making a stressful situation easy. 10/10 would recommend and we'll be back with all of our glass needs.

I found Novus Glass to be friendly, speedy, and affordable…read more My car had a crack in the windshield that was rapidly getting longer, so we took it in for an estimate. Matt was friendly and the estimate was affordable, so we went ahead and had the work done. It was completed in the time frame we were initially given (I think two days) for the price we were quoted, and the work was good. Since I liked the results on the car, I asked Matt about my SUV. The windshield was not cracked, but the gasket had loosened considerably and the glass was not firmly seated in place. Once more, the replacement was for a decent price and took only one day this time. If you have any issue with the glass in your vehicle, I strongly recommend taking it to Novus and letting them take a look. If my experience is any indication, you will get an honest, accurate estimate and quality work.

I arrived early for my appointment and their technician got me checked in right away. They did not seem super busy so he swiftly started on my vehicle and it was done in around half an hour. The workmanship was great but the customer service was somewhat less. While it's a fact that they do this all the time, I almost never need auto glass work yet they seemed to expect me to have expert level knowledge of my car's glass and my auto insurance policy. The scheduler Teri was fairly terse in her interactions with me. I felt validated in my assessment when I overheard her on the phone with another customer (it's a very small office). Definitely use this place for your auto glass needs but check your expectations at the door.
