The installers did fantastic work, and also very nice. A couple of weeks ago, we had bad thunderstorms blow through with bursts of very high winds. We had two pieces that came down. I called CJS and John (who was very nice and professional) took one look and told us, "No problem!" He called me the next day and informed us that someone would be out to fix the area the SAME day! Care to call this customer back because this customer has been calling your line for months and months with only occasionally catching you only to have another lie again...... I am seeing a lawyer for fraud.... Save yourself the money go to somebody legit. They even failed to respond to a legal FOIA request.
