If I could separate out parts of the process then I would have had 4 stars for the work completed and 1 star for the communication and front office. The primary contact and face of the project, salesman Adam Pruitt was great and very helpful. The job foreman and team that completed the work were great with one or two mishaps but easily addressed. The project manager in the office, the person responsible for insurance communication, and the accounting group were all awful. Before the project was started, it was requested to see if they would cover a taper system for my flat roof and I was told they declined. During the project we requested again to have the insurance review if they would cover the taper system due to lack of incline to remove pooling water. I was informed again they declined. After the project was complete the insurance called to ask a few details and when I inquired about declined supplemental requests, I was informed none were requested. I completed this task myself and was reimbursed. The project manager missed sending the work addendum to the foreman and this led to two of the onsite mishaps. The accounting team took 3 months, 4 phone calls, and at least 4 emails to resolve and agree on the final invoice. The dishonesty in regards to communication with my insurance and requiring me to pay for work insurance did end up covering should be an immediate red flag. The poor/lack of communication for work to be completed and closing out the project made this a company I would never recommend. read more
