In total we had 8 screens replaced and are very happy. Quality of work was great and both installers Mike and Andrew were professional and courteous. Communication was not great, I had to follow up with them several times, but once I brought the issue up to the manager, they were good at following up and therefore, I am giving them a 5 star rating and recommend to anyone looking to have their screens replaced. I will use them again. My only complaint, and maybe something for them to improve on, is that when you call the number on the website and the one linked on their Yelp profile no one answer the phone with the company name, they simply answer with "hello" so at first, you think you have the wrong number and want to hang up.

You will be glad you did. 1) Interaction and deliverables with John started out ok. Prompt and on-time when I requested a quotation/visit to see the boat lift project. The project was to strengthen the boathouse with 3 new posts in the canal and build internal frame for the boat lift. He emailed his quote promptly. 2) I followed up with John and questioned the low price of the bid including materials. He said to me "Yes, that's the right number Steve! Great deal huh?" I said fine and we agreed on a start date. 3) John sent in the order to Decks and Docks for lumber and Aluminum Boat Cradles for the lift kit. He requested I call and pay them upon delivery which I did. I did not get invoices from these company's prior (I wish I would have) to ensure what he ordered for me was what he indicated in his quote. 4) I asked John to also suck out some of the sand in my boat lift area to give me more depth. I told him I would pay him. He said no problem! Just buy some gas for my pump which I did. 5) John came out and started work. He seemed to have difficulty getting people here to help him or have some consistency in being here to complete the work. Not much was getting done. Lot's of excuses and missed completion dates along the way. Whining about the fact he quoted it too low, etc. I even offered to have a friend help him! 6) At one point there was lumber I purchased floating down the canal. Other contractors here called me to let me know as I was out of town on vacation. The amount of texts back and forth between John and I with excuses and more missed timelines for completion was too much. This definitely was not needed and negatively impacted my time off. 7) He used one of my ladders in the water without asking me. He also used my wheelbarrow and other things here without asking me. He left everything laying where it was. Ladder in the water. 8) On one of his last visits when my son and daughter were here he was clearly impaired in some way. They told me he was having some difficulty getting gas poured into his truck and then backed out into my neighbors fence when he left! He damaged the fence and did not tell me he did so. Maybe he didn't even realize it. 9) I asked John when he was going to complete the job. I had paid him the partial job completion amount per his quotation. He had not completed the agreed percentage of the job for that amount. He was then soon asking for the rest and I told him that was due on completion. He did not return to work to finish. Instead he came to pick up all of his tools and then went to work on another deck job where he said he could make more money. 10) I gave him the opportunity to finish at least the posts and framing part on the weekends and I would pay out the balance - even though at that point I would do the lift install myself. This was going on several weeks for a job that should have been done in one week. He said he would while working the deck job and agreed on a completion date two weekends out. Then I never heard from him. 11) I fired John and blocked him from all contact. He even told me prior to that "a negative review doesn't matter". I guess you can pay third parties to remove them. Wonderful. 12) Upon inspection of the incomplete mess he left here I determined that he confirmed in the quote 16' 6x6 posts would be used in the canal. He ordered 12' posts! They are not even sunk in the canal bed and are too short! I now have to return these, get 16' posts and start over. 13) NIGHTMARE! I have probably missed some shenanigans along the way as there were so many. Just an awful experience all the way around.
