The day in June they were to start the job they can out and stated that they could not do the work. Called into the office that day to request the return of my deposit. Four week later and no refund. Called 8/12/2022 the office told me that they would have someone call me back. Still no refund I was told that they filed bankruptcy and they couldn't pay or return my money. They did no work but I have to take a loss of $980.00 because they are bad at doing business. read more

Here is how it goes - We made an appointment to survey the work I needed done. GH showed up on time for that appt. Larry was polite, helpful and knowledgable about his trade. The quote provided was competitive and fair. Made the appt. to have the work done. GH showed up as scheduled and completed the work, cleaned up and shut the gate behind them. Gutter helmet came out and installed our gutters on time. The problem was after it rained the water was going behind the gutters and touching the house. Not a big deal just please come fix it. I've been calling them over and over, promised a call back from the person who would fix it but they never call. Sep 30th(that was a month of waiting) they were supposed to come and fix it, it's the middle of Dec and still no fix or call from them. I'm all for being patient I know finding workers is hard but come on. read more

Highly recommended team of extreme professionals!! We've used Gutter Helmet of Central Florida twice in one year for home projects and twice they've come through under budget, on time, and with a beautiful end result. The owner (Larry) is a consummate professional who "makes it happen" for his customers. The installers were efficient and very professional. The only problem was when the old gutters were removed some of the wood they were attached to broke and came off with the gutters. Since the installers didn't have new wood to replace the broken pieces, the installation had to be modified. This required the new gutters to be mounted lower than the previous gutters thus leaving exposed holes in the drip edge. Also, the office staff should have provided me with a statement that the bill had been paid in full, without me having to call them and request it. read more

Worst company ever!! They installed gutters that from day one leaked. Didn't return phone calls. Then said it was our roof and wanted to charge us more money. When we had a roofer come out they said our roof was fine, they had installed the gutter incorrectly, After FIVE months of fighting with them, they came with attitudes and slapped cheap roof sealant on it. They put up our seamless gutters but did not do a good job. I needed them taken down because we were redoing our roof so I called for a while and no return calls. We ended up taking them down ourselves. Then after two months of trying to get ahold of them to put the gutters back up I finally talked to a lady who lied and said they had the wrong number and that someone would call me back right away. Still no word. They are horrible and should go out of business for treating their customers so poorly. read more
