I am submitting a critical review for service never rendered by Paradise Gutters. I received a proposal/invoice on 06/16/23 for gutters, soffit and fascia work to be performed at my property in Oviedo FL 32765. Paradise Gutters thru his representative Larry Larson requested a 25% down payment from me on same day, which was paid thru Mr. Lardon's PayPal account as a family and friends payment because, as stated by Mr. Larson, he could the funds immediately and could use them to buy the materials. However, he failed to mention that business payments made as friends and family are no guarantee by PayPal. Mr. Larson said that he needed about two weeks to secure the materials needed to do the work, but he never came back. Then, Mr. Larson said the he had a family emergency, that his father in law was sick, and he had to go out of town, and that he had no cellular signal. After calling multiple times and leaving numerous messages, I finally received a call from Mr. Larson, he told me that he was going to do the work the following week. The week past and Paradise Gutters never came or called about the job. At this point, I strongly believe this person and business are dishonest, and would like to warn other people about the deceiving business practices of Paradise Gutters and it's representative Larry Larson. read more

Outstanding customer service! I'm so happy now I don't have to worry about the foundation of my home now the water is taken further away. Larry the owner was very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns that I had during my quote. Tyler and his team on the install were accommodating, even in the pouring rain! They were able to get the job done expedient and without flaws. it was difficult to get them out in the busy summer hurricane months but this company turned themselves around to get the job done at a wonderful price. I stand by it when I say this company should be used without having other quotes come across the table. I look forward to enlarging the downspouts in the future. Good, with room for improvement. So first off the quality of work was great. As far as the work goes I highly recommend them. Where I see areas for improvement is the clerical side. I was given a quote and told they would call me on Friday of that week to schedule an appointment and that the lead time was 2 weeks. I never heard from them and had to leave a message to call me back and schedule. They called me back the next week and said the installers would be out there the next day. So the good part was it got installed quick, the bad is I had to hunt them down. The work was preformed and I paid in cash. I didn't get a receipt and was told I would be emailed one. I still haven't received it. So now I have to call and get that worked out. Thank goodness my door cam recorded me giving him the correct amount or I would have no proof. Bottom line is they did great work at a very fair price. But the admin aspect leaves a little to be desired. Would def use in the future. read more

We were in need of leaf guards and some new gutters and so I placed a request for estimates here on Yelp. This company responded quickly and gave the best estimate. They were able to take care of the work quickly and all the work was done well. I know this as a few days later I had a tree service high above my home and they commented on the gutter work, not knowing I had it done just a few says before. If I need any additional work I will only call Paradise! read more

I have a back patio about 22 feet long that needed a gutter system install. I sent pics via text to Larry who was able to give me an accurate quote, sight unseen, and he came out the next to to install! It took about a half hour. He was personable, quick, efficient and priced very fair for the quality of work. Would use him again! read more

Quick, easy, & very professional. We already had gutters on our second story from the builder and these guys matched our existing perfectly.

in May 2022 Paradise installed gutters and leaf guards at my home. Upon completion I paid with a credit card. I was double charged. The mistake was acknowledged immediately by the merchant and I asked them to please reverse one of the charges. After several weeks without resolution, I opened a dispute with my card issuer. Because I handed my card to this merchant it cannot be considered or treated as fraud (despite being unauthorize). The merchant and their bank refuse to issue the credit, leaving me liable for the almost $2000 fraudulent charge. read more

We had bad drainage from our roof and the gutters we had did not do the job so I contacted Paradise and they came right out and gave us a free estimate. They were the best priced and gave us options. We chose to go with a new gutter system with the leaf guard. They did a fantastic job and took just about 2 hours. We had a really good rain the day after the job was complete and the work perfect. That you Larry and you staff you are great and I will be sure to pass you information on to anyone looking for gutter service. A+ read more

Very slow to respond. I don't care how busy they are but they need to be professional and responsive . After almost a week since I requested a response/estimate via Yelp, all reply I got was that a representative would contact me for a free estimate . In the meantime , another company already contacted me and installed the gutters within five days of contact . I don't know who are the people who would still like to get their job done by paradise seemless gutters . read more

Prompt response from Michael. Professional with good pricing for the job. He was on time, quick and gave me before and after pictures. He also gave me names of local a dependable local electrician. I sent pictures to him of gutters on Yelp app and he gave me quote and honored it. Will use again. read more

They have not responded to numerous requests to adjust the gutters that were installed a few weeks ago. No return phone calls and no text messages. Very disappointed. read more

Very disappointed! Normally do not write reviews but in this case . . . We asked for a quote to install gutters on our brand new house. They were suppose to meet with us, after setting up a time, but came at different time and created a quote. We had others wishes so met again in late July with a promise of a new quote the next day. That next day never arrived and 5 more calls (a number that is never answered, so leave a message) plus text messages and more than a month later, nothing. Not even a 'we are too busy right now'. I cannot recommend Paradise to anyone! read more

I had to call them to find out when my gutters were getting installed. They did a good job when the gutters were installed but I asked if a diverter could be installed (I was willing to pay for it) and install person said no. I know that one could be installed but they would never follow up on my calls or texts. When it rains I get a continuous stream of water onto my patio at the corner of the gutter.Continuously asked them for a paid receipt and still have not received one after months of trying! I do not recommend them. read more

We were very satisfied with the gutters and gutter guards that Paradise installed on our home. They had a good variety of colors and matched our house color on the downspouts closely, it looks great and they cleaned up before they left. I would have given Paradise a 5 star rating if not for the following issues: They did not show up on the day they were scheduled to come and didn't return my phone calls for a few days. Also, they did not have the proper shaped fitting for the downspout to connect to our drainage system and water is still leaking out onto the pavers. We bought the proper fitting and now we need them to come install and paint it. My husband and I have both called Larry over 6 times (and texted) and while he did return my call once and said he would come out on a Saturday, he never showed up. Not sure what good a 5 year labor/20 year material warranty is if you can't get any response. We are still waiting.... read more
