To give some background on why I was in the market…read morefor gutters, my prior home builder (Davila, please don't use them if you want a higher-end, issue-free build) should have told me they weren't planning on installing gutters (despite the grading plan showing downspouts in the design). This was one of our lesser problems during the process, so I kept forgetting to follow up on it until it was too late. Long story short, I was on my own. At first, I was trying to get around not installing them, but after all these crazy rain storms in Florida, I didn't want my hardscapes getting any more eroded than they already were. I begrudgingly decided to do the front of the house, where all my hardscapes were. I made a post on NextDoor to find some local quotes - C2U Gutters was one of the first to respond and come by my place for an estimate. They were among the most reasonably priced quotes for the materials they provided (90 lin ft seamless gutters, 6-inch black aluminum, with two downspouts). After a few days' delay, Caio and his team were onsite and finished the drop in 4 to 5 hours. They were super great to work with, friendly and professional. They also said if I ever decided to extend to the rest of the house (no sales pitch pressure), they could easily do that and have it look seamless still. I recommend having them come out so you can meet them and get a quote from them if you have gutter needs!

We are STILL waiting for the Carport to be finished. No response to text messages to the guy who was last here. It is ONE year since Contract signing. After I posted the last review, I got a call in a few minutes-- of course, nothing got done, but at least it was a response. I do still own the last 10% of the total-- I guess they dont care anymore. The Carport was improperly installed- there is NO flashing between the roof and the carport -- rain leaks the entire length of the Carport. 1st review-- July 2, 2025 Lanai and Carport. Contract signed in July 2024. It is now July 2025 and we are STILL trying to get this job finished. Permits were not submitted until Sept 2024 and the were REJECTED. The County gave explicit instructions to correct. It took until April 2025 before Permits were finally correct. Carport was built using an entirely different system than what we were sold. Failed inspection. Lanai, built by a different crew, weeks later, did pass. Another crew had to fix lanai. They demanded full payment even though we had had no rain & we wanted to be sure there were no leaks. First big rain-- BUCKETS of water on carport. Still demanding FULL payment- threatening to lien & or REMOVE the structures. The "repair" did nothing. I did make a payment & held back only 10%. They are still arguing about when it will be fixed properly-- there was NO flashing at the roof line. They tried to blame US for a new roof. (roof is 2 years old). Today, with no appointment, someone showed up, without a ladder, to LOOK at the problem & proceeded to YELL at me for being annoyed that it was not done. Read less

Not only did they install our beautiful gutters but they also fixed our soffits and fascia destroyed by the recent hail storms. They were timely, easy to communicate with and the craftsmanship was perfect. The area around our porch was damaged, rotten wood and they removed old materials and added new soffits that matched our remaining soffits perfect. The gutters were crafted perfectly for our home on site. The owner really cared about our opinion as he worked, which we appreciated. Lastly they cleaned up all debris and mess and took it with them. We are so impressed with their work we hope to get more gutters installed by them and share them with all our neighbors.
