I was in my house a week and needed roof replacement. After a roofer's mistake where they failed to…read moredry in my newly renovated house, Servpro was called in to dry out my house. The owner of the local Servpro recommended Elite Restoration Group to fix my house. Troy at Elite Restoration Group is not only knowledgeable as a General Contractor but also is knowledgeable in the Insurance estimate systems and how the Insurance companies intimidate victims of loss. Elite Restoration Group estimated the damages at $77,000 and said there may be more damage but couldn't get permission from the insurance company to ensure there wasn't much more. The so called outside Insurance adjuster returned with an estimate of $35,000. After a threat to use a public adjuster, The insurance company agreed to Elite Restoration Groups estimate. Troy and his team made me feel secure in knowing how and what was to take place throughout the reconstruction process. Elite Restoration Group only selected honest, courteous and knowledgeable subcontractors to complete certain tasks. The process was tedious dealing with banks and insurance companies, though with Elite Restoration Group I knew things would get done properly. Elite Restoration Group worked around my budget constraints being a disabled Veteran and assisted me and making some upgrades, which made my house a home. I am completely grateful to Troy, Patty and Dave for their time and effort to help me through this trying time. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy and dependable contractor, I can only recommend Elite Restoration Group. Semper Fi, Terry H.

I called five different companies and Gutters unlimited just happened to be the first to come and give me an estimate. Clue Barnes came out and was very personable, polite and professional. He gave me a written estimate, his card and showed me a sample of the materials he would be installing. I was very impressed with Clue as he answered all my questions and left me the company brochure and a copy of the estimate. I had four more companies come out to give me an estimate and not one was as professional as Clue was. Even though Gutters Unlimited was a little higher than the rest I went with them and I am so happy I did. The workers were on time very polite and well organized with the work they did. PJ and TJ were the techs that installed the gutters and did a fantastic job. They explained everything to me about how long it would take to install and all the questions I need answered. I an a very satisfied customer and will be more than happy to share this with all my family and friends. Thank you Gutters Unlimited for a wonderful job.
