When we had our first appointment, Edgar was on time and conducted himself as a business professional and proved to me that he was honest, knowledgeable, and patient. I knew right away that Local Roofing Experts was my choice for roof replacement for my home. He and his crew provided a quality experience at a fair price. They were in and out so quickly maintaining a clean workspace each day. Each stage of the project was organized. My new roof is beautiful and well done. I am confident that it will last for many years. I live in a large community and see the homes getting new roofs. Most go with the same business. After my due diligence, I went with my gut and I'm glad I did.

Delayed by our insurance company, we got caught up in a time crunch between Helene and Milton. Local roofing experts completed roof, teardown, drying, and installation with all inspections and wind mitigation done in three days. Post storm inspection found the roof imperfect condition. Edgar is hands on throughout the entire process. I am not someone that normally that typically provides recommendations. However, in the case of Local Roofing Experts they are best choice. It's now November 21, 2019, and DC Roofing replaced my roof in June of this year. I waited to see…read morehow the roof held up and what response I'd get to any problems, and it's now been through several of our Florida "deluges". I'm unable to evaluate any response to problems because there have been no problems. I've gone into my attic after several major rainstorms and can find no issues whatsoever, leaks or otherwise. DC Roofing gave me the lowest quote, which was cause for some reservation, but after checking their reviews on several sites, which were uniformly positive, I decided to go with them. The owners, Dave and Colleen, were pleasant, courteous, and professional, and accommodated our preferences in every reasonable way, even to including additional roof vents and a wind mitigation survey within the same bid. Their crew was likewise courteous and professional, and were able to answer any questions I had as they replaced the roof. After replacing the roof, the only thing I've had to request of them was to provide me a release of lien for my insurance company (a statement they were paid and have no mechanic's lien against the property). They provided this within a couple of hours of my request, with no badgering or followup request on my part. Having to replace a roof is not fun, but I do not see how any roofing company could have made the process less painful, and I have now recommended them to several other friends & neighbors.

It turned out. It had nothing to do with their work, but an improper vent pipe the leak just happen to coincide with the timing of the roof they put on. Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.
