Fortunately, this did not occur. David, the supervisor was hands on and very thorough in his follow up. The crew arrived on time and took special care with covering the landscaping and walkway. They were timely, easy to communicate with and the craftsmanship was perfect. The area around our porch was damaged, rotten wood and they removed old materials and added new soffits that matched our remaining soffits perfect. The gutters were crafted perfectly for our home on site. The owner really cared about our opinion as he worked, which we appreciated. Lastly they cleaned up all debris and mess and took it with them. I lost a lot of shingles and had other pieces missing. They gave me a reasonable estimate, as compared to other local roofers. I gave them the go ahead, and the roof was completed in a couple of weeks. It looks fantastic and they included a wind mitigation inspection to help me get the insurance credits. I highly recommend this company, they go above and beyond for their customers. They were courteous, informed and did what they said they would do.
