Daniel told me he'd return the following day and did! I left a check for the work and drove to my bank 2 miles away. While I was there, Daniel sent me photos of the roof in all stages of the repair. Awesome from start to finish. We needed a roof replacement fairly fast because our homeowners insurance was going to cancel our policy and I took awhile to decide what I wanted to do about it. Daniel came out the day after I contacted him to give us a quote. We got a few more quotes from other companies (all in the same ballpark price wise) but ended up going with Charles Conry Roofing because of the professional but no nonsense/bs way Daniel spoke to us. He is responsive and keeps you informed throughout the process. The roof was done within a few weeks (construction time only one day!) and it looks great. I started out liking him,. The son in law was very thorough in talking about what is going on with my roof and what all needs to be done to fix it. But when it came down to getting an estimate and pictures of it all to me so I could turn it over to SHIP he ghosted me. I called, I texted him and his response was always, I will get it out to you. He was very interested in becoming involved with SHIP and thanked me for giving him the information but I never found out whether or not he actually did anything with it all. To me it was a waste of my time and his to come out to my parents house and go through the motions only to ignore turning over his paperwork and not telling me. I mean the least he could have done was be honest about it. read more

I am a very, very satisfied customer! From our first meeting to the final inspection, Charlie and Daniel were responsive, timely, communicative and patient (with my questions). The job started when they said it would and finished quite quickly. They were onsite and supervised their crew every day the work was ongoing. They even went the extra mile to locate some of my old concrete roofing tiles that were no longer in production! AND, they did a fair bit of extra carpentry work on my soffit (due to water damage from the roof leaking beforehand). My roof now looks great. Our roof was damaged by a tornado in advance of Hurricane Milton and in need of repair. I contacted Charles Conry Roofing for an estimate early Saturday morning and Daniel, Charlie, and Archie were out here within 90 minutes to get on the roof, take a look at the damage, and offer up suggestions. Their estimate was fair and I made the decision to go with Charles Conry Roofing. Two days later (Monday morning) they arrived to get the work done. Their sense of urgency, and sticking to promises made is impressive. Additionally, they took pictures of the roof (pre and post repairs) and provided those to me digitally. The roof looks great and they did a great job! When things like needing roof repairs etc. happen, it causes extra stress and frustration, and when you work with someone like Charles Conry Roofing who understands time is of the essence and they act with urgency and stand by their commitments, that makes all the stress go away. I contacted Charles Conry Roofing using Yelp after finding a golf ball sized hole in one of my roof tiles. Daniel (business partner) quickly got back to me and came over the next day with one of his roofers, Juan, to inspect the damage and provided a repair quote. Two days later, I discovered a water stain on my bedroom ceiling that was under a different area of the roof. I contacted Daniel again about the increased job scope, and he and Juan quickly responded again. Daniel notified me that evening that Juan found like replacement tiles for my 25 year old roof and scheduled the full repair for the next day. The point of leakage was not obvious from above so Juan entered my attic to positively locate it. Juan completed the repairs before the next rain storm arrived.
