They sent me a link and payment was made in the same hour. I just wish I was told about this before, It would had saved a lot of confusion. Next time I will just pay the service guys cash and save an future confusion.

We contracted Lafferty to enclose the entry area of our townhome with a custom screen door. The…read morefinished product initially looked great. Unfortunately, when we began having problems with the door not closing properly and our experience with Lafferty's customer service was extremely disappointing. Because we were outside the warranty period, we were required to pay a $75 service fee just to schedule an appointment. After several follow-up calls and waiting a couple of weeks, a technician finally came out. He installed a new plunger and left. Upon returning home we discovered the door was actually worse than it had been before the service visit. It now drags on our newly installed pavers and only closes about halfway. We have followed up with Lafferty multiple times and have provided photos and video clearly showing the problem. Despite this, more than a month later, they have still refused to send someone back to inspect the issue or correct the workmanship. Our experience has been very disappointing. While the initial installation looked good, the lack of follow-up and customer service has been unacceptable. When you hire a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and make a reasonable effort to resolve problems when they arise. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not use Lafferty again. We have also shared our experience with others in our development so they can make an informed decision before hiring them.

He was the only one who provided a detailed, professional quote with fair pricing, and I hired him on the spot. They installed seamless 6-inch gutters on my first-floor last year, including a custom oversized drainage setup that solved a major water runoff issue around my pool deck. The workmanship was outstanding. I had them back this year to complete the second floor and install gutter guards, and the experience was just as great. They showed up on time, did exactly what they promised, and the finished product looks fantastic. My water issues are finally gone, and the house looks so much better. I've recommended Gutter Works to several friends already and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. I only wish I'd called Todd and his crew sooner!
