They put sealant on and said to call if that doesn't hold up and they will give me other recommendations for repair companies. Amazing service! Fast, honest, trustworthy and no games!!…read more I called these folks for a 2nd estimate on repairing my roof. I had a leak internal to a wall, and the first contractor I called said there was a problem with how my on-demand hot water heater was installed, but that there was a much bigger problem elsewhere... and had refused to give me an estimate unless I would redo the whole roof. Well, we just bought the place, and I'm not willing to redo the whole roof yet. Jeff Arnold of 3LP Roofing took a look, blew off some leaves, added some silicone where the existing tar sealer had cracked.... and DID NOT CHARGE ME A THING!! He acknowledged the other issue but told me I still had 5-7 years left before I have to replace the whole roof. Jeff Arnold and 3LP Roofing have earned my trust and my loyalty. Where other contractors would have taken me for a (very expensive) ride, 3LP Roofing were honest and considerate. I am SO impressed! I highly recommend Jeff Arnold and 3LP Roofing.

I called five different companies and Gutters unlimited just happened to be the first to come and give me an estimate. Clue Barnes came out and was very personable, polite and professional. He gave me a written estimate, his card and showed me a sample of the materials he would be installing. I was very impressed with Clue as he answered all my questions and left me the company brochure and a copy of the estimate. I had four more companies come out to give me an estimate and not one was as professional as Clue was. Even though Gutters Unlimited was a little higher than the rest I went with them and I am so happy I did. The workers were on time very polite and well organized with the work they did. PJ and TJ were the techs that installed the gutters and did a fantastic job. They explained everything to me about how long it would take to install and all the questions I need answered. He provided a video with his quote explaining the process and his after-service which includes yearly inspections for 10 years post installation (you call him to do this). He is GAF certified. He moved me up in the schedule because I found out late from my insurance company that I would need a new roof to get quotes. He met the deadline and even called to tell me the predicted rain might delay him a bit (it's a rental and I don't live in Florida). He did a great job and sent tons of photos. He arranged for the insurance reports I would need and coordinated that effort as well. He deserves an A+. Great guy to work with! And you can reach him by text easily. He is super customer-oriented. Heart Roofing just completed the re-roofing of our 2/2 home in Vero Beach. We are really happy with…read moreall aspects of the process. REALLY happy. We called in 3 roofing companies for free evaluation and quotes -- two were recommended by neighbors and friends, one came after we researched reviews and company websites. We liked Heart's marketing message and their customer testimonials. Their quote was competitive with the other 2 companies, and they found issues and suggested solutions upon inspecting our old roof (including a 19' flat area where two rooflines meet and there was evidence of water collecting). Thomas, a company co-owner, suggested that they create a gently sloping v-shaped structure to direct water away and down the roof -- totally invisible from the street. Genius. And when on our roof for the estimate, Thomas videoed and narrated his evaluation of the roof's condition and issues, then shared it with us to review. We ultimately chose Heart for the job and decided on asphalt architectural shingles with a 130 mph wind speed rating. Their crew was excellent -- great skill level and attitudes. Here's how it went: Day 1: Dumpster on rubber tires cheerfully delivered to our driveway. Day 2: Tarp off the vegetation, perform the tear-off, replace some rotten plywood (included in the initial quote), remove and dispose of our old rain gutters, and install the drip edge flashing, ridge vents, and new underlayment. (Complete site clean-up was performed at the end of the day.) Day 3: City inspection. Pass. Day 4: Half day of installing our new shingles -- then a thorough clean-up including wiping down our new white drip edge flashing. Day 5: Final city inspection. Pass! We'd highly recommend to others all aspects of this project. Heart Roofing excelled!
