Amazing service! Fast, honest, trustworthy and no games!!…read more I called these folks for a 2nd estimate on repairing my roof. I had a leak internal to a wall, and the first contractor I called said there was a problem with how my on-demand hot water heater was installed, but that there was a much bigger problem elsewhere... and had refused to give me an estimate unless I would redo the whole roof. Well, we just bought the place, and I'm not willing to redo the whole roof yet. Jeff Arnold of 3LP Roofing took a look, blew off some leaves, added some silicone where the existing tar sealer had cracked.... and DID NOT CHARGE ME A THING!! He acknowledged the other issue but told me I still had 5-7 years left before I have to replace the whole roof. Jeff Arnold and 3LP Roofing have earned my trust and my loyalty. Where other contractors would have taken me for a (very expensive) ride, 3LP Roofing were honest and considerate. I am SO impressed! I highly recommend Jeff Arnold and 3LP Roofing.

Update: the business…read moreowned by Brad and michelle was closed in Jan 2021 and re-opened in Feb 2021 with Juan as the new owner. Juan is not reputable and does not stand by his work or errors made by HiS company. michell and juan started out good as they presented me with their lemon cake. the install was proceeding. they did the front first, then back. The Att fiber was in the back attached to the fascia board. when they were finished, we tested the gutters with the water hose, made some tweaks to the downspouts, installed extra straps, etc. everything seemed good, i told them i would contact them if there were issues and that i needed the contact number to pay by Zelle. they left a receipt with the zelle numbers and left. after attending to a few things, i sat down to pay them only to find out i couldn't get to the internet and my Nest appliances were down as they couldn't get to the internet as well. i re-booted everything but still couldn't get on. i sent Juan $1 (used my data plan on my phone) and asked him to confirm receipt and i would send the remainder of $699.00 i left for my trip about 3.5 hours away. i was driving when he confirmed receipt and i stated i would send the rest when i wasn't driving. i then texted and asked if he disconnected any internet wires when installing the gutter which he stated no. Michelle started leaving numerous vm about payment. the vm's were pretty close together and got more "demanding" each time. i paid them in full at 8:07 pm. i remember thinking she was acting a bit desperate for the funds which is always a bad sign to me. the next day I called ATT about the internet who confirmed it was an issue with the line and that a service tech would be there the following morning. immediately when he arrived the next day, he stated the fiber line was bent and ruined by the gutter installer. he also made numerous comments about how they should have left the line alone or contacted ATT to remove it or let me know they would have to touch it, etc. he then told me it would be $400-$500 to replace as he would have to re-string the entire line (remember this is fiber not cable) as it wasn't repairable. Fiber can not be bent, crimped, cut, smashed, etc He sent the photos of the fiber line to me and i forwarded them to Michelle. Michelle immediately got defensive, stated they did nothing to the line (even though Juan stated the put it on the gutter hanger) and that she would not reimburse and to take them to court. the ATT line repairmen was adamant it was done by them. so i looked at when the outage occurred and it was during the time they were in the back working on the gutters near where the ATT line was. i sent Michelle the time stamps which she ignored. i now have a $500 bill from ATT which means my gutter install went from $700 to $1200. Mistakes and damage happen-it's why a company is licensed and insured.a professional company is one who is open to admitting their mistakes and rectifying it. Maybe they should be in the cake baking businesss instead of gutters. beware if you use them and any damage is done to your property, you will be SOL. i will now proceed with working with the BBB, state and brevard county license board, and small claims to get reimbursed.

He provided a video with his quote explaining the process and his after-service which includes yearly inspections for 10 years post installation (you call him to do this). He is GAF certified. He moved me up in the schedule because I found out late from my insurance company that I would need a new roof to get quotes. He met the deadline and even called to tell me the predicted rain might delay him a bit (it's a rental and I don't live in Florida). He did a great job and sent tons of photos. He arranged for the insurance reports I would need and coordinated that effort as well. He deserves an A+. Great guy to work with! And you can reach him by text easily. He is super customer-oriented. Very rare today!

Heart Roofing just completed the re-roofing of our 2/2 home in Vero Beach. We are really happy with…read moreall aspects of the process. REALLY happy. We called in 3 roofing companies for free evaluation and quotes -- two were recommended by neighbors and friends, one came after we researched reviews and company websites. We liked Heart's marketing message and their customer testimonials. Their quote was competitive with the other 2 companies, and they found issues and suggested solutions upon inspecting our old roof (including a 19' flat area where two rooflines meet and there was evidence of water collecting). Thomas, a company co-owner, suggested that they create a gently sloping v-shaped structure to direct water away and down the roof -- totally invisible from the street. Genius. And when on our roof for the estimate, Thomas videoed and narrated his evaluation of the roof's condition and issues, then shared it with us to review. We ultimately chose Heart for the job and decided on asphalt architectural shingles with a 130 mph wind speed rating. Their crew was excellent -- great skill level and attitudes. Here's how it went: Day 1: Dumpster on rubber tires cheerfully delivered to our driveway. Day 2: Tarp off the vegetation, perform the tear-off, replace some rotten plywood (included in the initial quote), remove and dispose of our old rain gutters, and install the drip edge flashing, ridge vents, and new underlayment. (Complete site clean-up was performed at the end of the day.) Day 3: City inspection. Pass. Day 4: Half day of installing our new shingles -- then a thorough clean-up including wiping down our new white drip edge flashing. Day 5: Final city inspection. Pass! We'd highly recommend to others all aspects of this project. Heart Roofing excelled!
