He did excellent work and even though the job was tougher than anticipated (many shingles needed to be replaced), he honored his original estimate. Ed is honest and fair and I couldn't recommend him more highly. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Always a smile & a wave but they worked steadily (couldn't tell if they ever went on break or took lunch). This impressed me--the supervisor saw the city trash truck coming & pulled our trash container out where the truck could get at it easily. They also made sure that the mailbox was not blocked. I have never seen companies do this before. I also haven't seen a company where you didn't give a down payment & you paid at the end. They pay for the wind mitigation as well. The work took 2 days. One thing--it was 6 months from the paperwork to beginning because customer waiting list (they informed us about this but this was to be expected). The good news is that the customer is locked in at the price at that time (no unexpected "surprises" at the end. Hope this review helps anybody & that they get the same results like I did. One company did not give me any details on the job they do. The other company seemed more concerned with filing a claim with my insurance company and not giving me an estimate until I let them know if it was going to go through my insurance. Patrick Roofing told me they do not recommend I allow any company to get involved in my claim, and everything I heard or witnessed with them is that they have high standards and high integrity. I am extremely happy with Patrick Roofing and have nothing but great things to say about them. Brian came to my house, explained everything they do in detail, and after my meeting with him I knew I had received a roofing 101 lesson. They have a great selection of shingle colors, Brian answered all my questions, and even worked with my schedule. I found them to be honest, reliable and not pushy, unlike one of the companies I dealt with. They completed the job in 2 days and did a good job cleaning up. The men were on time, diligent, and professional. This roofing company does not hire subcontractors. They have their own crew, and the crew is drug tested. I love this because they have vetted the people who are going to work on my home. I first heard of Patrick Roofing through my mom and after seeing what I great job they did with her roof, I decided to select them to replace my roof. I am so happy I did. And if we change our mind, we could back out... my wife loves her job. So we were going to hold off for a while and Kris, the manager told me that we would lose 20% of our deposit which was $10,000. He's strong armed us into replacing our roof with them even though my coworker had a roof that was leaking right after they replaced the roof. I would not go with this company if I could save your life. They are a money grab and will go back to legal stuff if you ever try and back out when they're salesman say it's OK. You can back out at any time.
