I contacted this company a couple of weeks ago and the owner responded that they were booked for the next two weeks, sent an estimate to replace screen panels and if I could wait, he would get back with me once he started working on upcoming schedules. Since the work for us was not critical, I was fine with that. I wanted to get a few estimates from other companies and I emailed them(both referrals from friends). While both initially responded, both ghosted me. As he promised, the owner, Sam texted me with availability for the next morning which I accepted. He gave me a 10am -12pm window and said he would text when they were in the way, which he did. They arrived at my house, around 10am and I asked for further estimates on replacing a couple more screen panels, screws in the base of the structure and the closing mechanism on one door. He and one other worker replaced all of these things in about a half hour or a little more. Since I was paying by credit card, a little later in the day, he sent me a text with a link to pay. All of this work came out to $270. The work was performed professionally, everything looks great, both Sam and the other worker were very nice and I am most impressed with the communication that Sam provided. I will not call anyone else for screen repair other than Sam at Pool & Patio Screen Repair!

I am not the type to leave reviews but I do not want this to happen to someone else. My mom who is a school teacher, saved up to have her screened-in lanai built by Makro contractor. Last year October 2019 Makro built a screen-in patio and 10 days later it rained and began to leak through several parts of the patio roof which includes two fans. They came back to "fix" the issue and when it rained later that week, it leaked again. They came back maybe three different times to "fix" the leaks and nothing has been resolved It's been almost a year since it has been built and it's been leaking ever since. I have made several attempts to communicate with them to come fix the issue. All they did was give me excuses after excuses and some times no reply. It's funny how when you initially hire them, they are eager to assist you, but now that there is a problem with their services, they don't want to stand by their product. At this point I do not trust their work and I can see from the second floor window inside the house that the material is rotting (and the contract states lifetime warranty on material). They promised me that the overlap roof by the sliding door entrance were going to be removed as part as the quote. But when the crew came to install it they said that that overlap did not have to be removed. Because of that bad installation the leaking had never stopped since day one and now that attachment is coming apart. I am afraid the whole thing is going to collapse. At this point I am preparing to file a lawsuit against the company and acquiring quotes to have that redone. I do not recommend this company for your screen work.

They were all quite costly for what I wanted in my opinion. My friend told me about this company and how they were the most affordable screen place she found when she was getting her patio screened in. The process was pretty easy and the office manager Michelle was awesome! She was so easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. She was even very accommodating in having the technician text me when they were on their way. They completed the job within 2 hours, which I thought was pretty fast. And it looks absolutely amazing! I'm so obsessed with just the quality of craftsmanship. I also opted for the smaller screen holes so that nothing can get in. If you are allergic to mosquitos like me, I would highly recommend requesting the smaller hole screen. It's a slight up charge but so worth. And their prices are incredibly affordable! Other companies I reached out to were charging at least several hundred dollars more than what this company quoted me. I definitely recommend using All My Sons Aluminum if you need screeners. They were so great to work with and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know.
