Robert, Francisco, Jack, and Noel were all fantastic! We've used DriRite four times since we bought our house in 2012 (I KNOW...long story, but not at all their fault - crushed drain pipe, shower overflow, hurricane, and A/C overflow mess). Between hurricane Ian and an A/C drainage overflow we've had DriRite out twice in the past month, and they have as usual been great to work with. We always get a prompt response when we called, a clear explanation of what they see in the initial inspection and what they'll be doing, they are always friendly, courteous, thorough, and helpful while getting the equipment set up, they are flexible to work around your schedule, they handle much of the insurance side, and they get the job done and done right and well. I'd venture to say that few private homeowners have as much experience with this company as we do (here's hoping they start a frequent drier miles program :) ), but the service and results have always been excellent - we've never had any mold issues following their work, and without them I'm certain we would have had some big messes. We will keep going back to them when we inevitably flood our house in some new and exciting way next time. We woke up to a flooded hallway from a broken hot water heater and it flooded our living room and hallway. Called our insurance agent and he put us in touch with DriRite. They showed up at our door within 90 minutest. Alex and Luis were amazing. They told us what to expect and they got to work. They did it all. Mopped up the water, took up the floor, sprayed mold inhibiter, set up fans, took off baseboard and attached a bladder to blow air behind the sheetrock, 2 dehumidifiers and an air purifier. Then the cleaned up after themselves. Oh I forgot, they moved all the furniture too. They were professional and courteous. I would 200% recommend DriRite with zero hesitation. Well done. DriRite was sent to us by our Homeowner Insurance. We experienced a water leak in our condo (broken pipe) and had water and mold damage as a result. After the assessment was done, technicians Noel and Jack came to our home. They called us first to give us a heads up of when they would arrive and came at the said time. They were very efficient, professional and courteous. They explained very well what the process was going to be, and they took the time they needed to get the job done. Dririte was there when I needed them after my AC system leaked. I had recently purchased my home, and the leak took out my new flooring. Clayton and his entire team were here when I needed them. They were always on time, wearing their masks, and putting covers over their shoes. The work was professional and done right. They took care of everything, removing the damaged flooring and vanity in the bathroom and drying out the walls. They ensured that the work was what was needed to protect my home. The worse company to trust ,the owner will never fixt any of thrle issues once they arise caused by their staff and he will dispute without even knowing or being there and make you look like it is the homeowner fault not his young staff from age 18 to 25 that is always unsupervised by their manager .Do not hire this company is the worse. Clayton, Luis, and JP helped me in a time of crisis. My wife entered our home and the whole living room was flooded. I gave Clayton and his team a call and they were here within a half hour. They were very supportive and talked me through everything they were doing. They put me and my family at ease as soon as they stepped in. As a result of Hurricane Ian, I experienced a massive sewage backup that flooded the inside of my house and Dririte came to my rescue. They arrived promptly, were professional and paid full attention to details. Out techs Collin and Oscar removed our old shower tile to have it replaced. They taped down paper on the floors to keep them clean, put protective paper everywhere to keep dust from going any place but just the bathroom to keep the house clean. They removed the old tile in bags. They are very polite and friendly. They did the job quickly and left telling me a team would contact me to install new tile. I would only use and recommend DriRite if the have employees like Collin and Oscar. read more
