They offered to do the job, several hundred dollars... but warned that they truly believe the rental company will still have to take the deposit to replace the carpet even with their great cleaning. THEY TURNED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AWAY DUE TO THEIR NEED TO BE HONESTY WITH OTHERS! Turns out they are a faith based company and that was no surprise. They were supposed to detail vacuum clean the whole house carpet before shampoo clean. However they seemed to skip vacuum clean the 2 kid's bedrooms and do a quick over clean throughout the rest of the carpet area and then jumped into shampoo clean. The result is horrible, the living room have many stain spots and the 2 kid's bedrooms have debris at the corners by the wall. They didn't even bother to clean the kitchen. The kitchen floor and inside oven were left untouched. This is the worst $450 deep cleaning I've ever seen. I doubt they even spent the whole 8 hours in my house, most likely they picked up another job somewhere else while on the clock since I wasn't present to oversee the cleaning. I came home from work and pay them in the evening which was a big mistake. Should have inspect the whole house before hand over $450 cash.
