Our dogs went to their kennels as they always did. When we returned home, two hours later we opened the door to a house completely filled with smoke. We had an electrical fire which resulted in the loss of most of our personal belongings and our two beautiful dogs, leaving our beautiful "dream house" in shambles. I tell you all of this because I want it known that your company did so much more then providing property repair. My wife and I found ourselves lost and overwhelmed. I truly had no idea what to do. A couple of days after the fire I had found a flyer from your company on the door of the house. I subsequently met with Chris Barnett who not only outlined what your company could provide, he showed compassion, understanding and patience. This took such a weight off of us and gave us a direction when it had appeared that all was loss. Chris was outstanding guiding us along through every step. Then Chris did the greatest thing. He provided Ray Hernandez as the superintendent for our home's repair. Ray is truly amazing! He is knowledgeable, detail oriented and hands on. Ray's attitude is always positive, caring and friendly. I have not only seen him at the house many times, he often has a tool in his hand helping with the repairs. He truly leads by example with impeccable work ethic. It always makes me feel good after talking with Ray. He keeps me in the loop and always shows compassion and understanding. I am truly grateful for all of this. Now that the house has been completed, we are finally home and the house is more beautiful than before! You can be very proud of your company. Mostly you can be very proud of Chris and Ray. Very responsive and convenient! We had to get carpet cleaning per the lease and the company said due to dog damage they believe the cleaning will not help. They offered to do the job, several hundred dollars... but warned that they truly believe the rental company will still have to take the deposit to replace the carpet even with their great cleaning. THEY TURNED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AWAY DUE TO THEIR NEED TO BE HONESTY WITH OTHERS! Turns out they are a faith based company and that was no surprise. Unfortunately, the tenant that recently vacated left the place is horrible conditions. Needless to say, it was left nothing like how they moved in. Long story short, I needed to hire a cleaning service to do a deep clean on the condo. I came across this company on Yelp and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The move in/out service and a carpet clean was priced at nearly $400. I hired them anyway because the place was in desperate need of cleaning. It was very disappointing to say that it was nothing spectacular and even I could have done a much better job at cleaning the condo. Anyway, during the clean their carpet cleaner broke so they could not finish the job. They did agree to finish the job the following day and were paid in full when the job was complete. My mother ended up having to clean the place in addition to the services we hired for, which was what I was trying to avoid, as she is much older now. The company did communicate quickly and did respond in a very prompt manner. However, it was definitely not worth the money spent for the services rendered. The condo is finally up to renting standards; however, will not use this company again nor would I recommend them.
