My family and I would like to thank ATI (Quality First Builders) and their efforts to restore our home after a fire completely devastated the entire structure. Randy Clark, our project manager, displayed the utmost professionalism throughout the entire rebuilding process. Least to say, a home fire can be very emotional and draining. Randy and his team understood the emotion involved in such a project and put me and my family's needs first and foremost to establish and build trust for this journey. Randy communicated and educated us each step of the way. When we had questions, Mr. Clark always made himself available. If we provided feedback or had concerns, Randy and the team would do their best to find solutions that addressed our concerns. QFB Property Restoration just completed a large project in my house. We had a slab leak that damaged the kitchen area, and other areas around the kitchen. QFB responded quickly with the inspection and remidiation, constantly checking the levels and sending reports of damage and progress, they were extremely respectful and professionals specially the team under LeBrente Stevenson (remidiation) Kevin Wesner (estimator), several of their techs inlcuding Jim and Renato, they really respected the fact that their worksite is our home specially during these difficult pandemic times and having a small baby and older dog in home, they went beyond one could expect from a company to get us back in good shape with quality work and great timing. Equally impressive was the reconstruction portion of the job under Todd Ray with a challenging deadline and came up with different options to shave some time from the project compleition and with outstanding results. Following water damage to our kitchen and bathroom, our insurance company recommended QFB property restoration. Mike, our project manager, came over promptly to do a walk through and plan out our project. Mike too extra time to review the plan with my 89 year old father who built the house. This meant a lot to him. Mike sent competent specialists to complete every step of the renovation. He was available whenever I called or texted him with a question. Upon completion of the project we did another walk through inspection. Mike immediately sent over a worker to complete paint touch ups, install missing cabinet hardware, etc, I would recommend Mike and QFB to anyone looking for a contractor. QFB did an great job with the coordination and completion or our restoration. Glen Chastain was always very helpful and very courteous. Our project required multiple trades to come in and remove and restore several rooms of flooring, trim drywall and paint. Glen's was very professional and he was always on site to verify the work and how it was getting done. With the exception of one contractor, the work was excellent. Even with this exception, QFB and Glen did an outstanding job making sure all of our concerns were handled. The job took a little longer than expected, but it turned out fantastic. Wish I could give 10 stars. Great customer service, very honest always easily to get a hold of on the phone day or night, all about the customers needs and wants. Glenn and his crew are beyond amazing. Need work done in your house this is the company hands down. I had a company come in a year ago to redo my bathroom because of a leak and when they left I had a leak from somewhere else that was never there before. What made me a return customer: QFB worked with my insurance co. to get me additional compensation (they speak fluent 'Adjustor,' I don't.) They had me review & approve finishes and had all their materials & subs organized and ready to go before they started work on site. All of their subs were very helpful and clear in their explanations and in their work. We had a very positive experience with QFB, considering the situation, as a very large tree crashed through the roof of our lofted storage shed. They responded immediately and started working with insurance to make sure the work would be covered. They worked diligently to ensure there would be no further damage from rain, etc... by tarpping the roof immediately. even working in the rain to do so. Michael Whitten came by my house to review damage done to my garage due to a busted pipe UNDER my foundation. His crew came in to repair drywall, the box under my AC unit and re-aligned a door for me. They also repainted a major portion of the garage. They not only did all of that, but they actually made my otherwise messy garage look even cleaner. I highly recommend this group. read more

A tree fell on my garage, I called my insurance company to let them know the called Quality First Builder. Within 30 min Mike called be and said there is a tree service coming to take tree of garage and that he would be there to. Very fast response time took care of the tree and tarp the roof.
