When picking up my flooring from the warehouse, a forklift accidentally made contact with the tailgate of my truck. While the damage was ultimately resolved through insurance, it was an inconvenience. After the flooring had been installed for a few months, some boards cracked at a joint when a dresser was moved across the floor. I believed this issue would be covered under warranty, however, despite several attempts to request an inspection, I have not received a response.

One of the owners visited the site after noticing they were short material, he remeasured, and began yelling, blaming me for not noticing the error in the contract where "BEDROOM" was listed. if that is the case, why did he list "living room", but the dining room living room were completed. this was in addition to have to get 2 rooms re-leveled I agreed to the extra cost on the relevel of the 2 rooms. This caused considerable frustration and unplanned cost, I did agree to let them finish the job since majority of the instillation was complete. For future reference, it would be beneficial if the company could avoid getting defensive and include a detailed floor plan diagram in their quotes to prevent such misunderstandings and added cost.

She knows all the best people so I wasn't too surprised when she said Creative Floors because I'd gone out myself to three different floor companies for three different estimates and they far and away seemed like the most honest and the most on top of things. A lot of people really marked up the cost of flooring so they could 'give you a deal' which immediately put me off. Creative Flooring doesn't do that. The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. The person we worked with was Bob who was just terrific! He was patient, helpful, and professional with us the whole way and made buying the flooring a real breeze. My whole experience was great.
