I asked if they had anything available, and at first he said no, but then said depending on what I wanted he might be able to serve me. I asked for cinnamon sugar pretzels, but he said he couldn't make those, so I settled for regular pretzels instead. He did prepare them for me, and they were good and came with a cup of cheese for dipping. Afterward, I checked the posted hours online and saw that the store is listed as being open until 7 p.m. I completely understand that arriving 15 minutes before closing isn't ideal, but since they were technically still open and the sign was on, I was disappointed that I couldn't order what I actually came in for. I usually go to a different pretzel place and only came here because my usual spot was closed. I'm glad I was able to get something, and the pretzels themselves were good, but the experience was a little frustrating and left me disappointed.

The outside had just the right amount of golden-brown crispness, while the inside was soft and fully cooked, without being doughy. They also nailed the salt level. I plopped mustard on almost every bite. Next time, I'll try the cheese. I wasn't expecting to be this impressed, but every bite was simply delicious.

The business is pretty much just an ordering counter with a small bar to snack at, but no seating for groups... it's a take out establishment. The place looked clean and well lit, and I was quickly greeted by a friendly woman manning the store. Arianna determined my exact order was custom and offered to prepare the fresh pretzels as I waited, which I appreciated. Arianna revealed she is the owner / entrepreneur and obviously takes great pride in her business. Arianna sold me on a few pretzel dips, and even threw in some extra goodies for my order, which was done about 15 minutes later.
