I feel bad for them because it's obviously family owned and they're trying. Hoping they can improve their service, speed and taste. They could literally get pretzels from Sam's Club and reheat them and they'd be better. The pretzel bites are small. Some were overcooked, some were raw. They've only been open for a month or so. Maybe it'll get better but it really made me miss Auntie Anne's...

The site was easy to use and the pretzels where ready when we got there to pick them up. The lady who gave us the pretzels wasn't super friendly. She wasn't rude or anything but basically just handed us the bag as soon as we walked in and didn't say much. I would have liked some friendly conversation. We ordered four pretzels and an order of pretzel dogs. We were surprised that the pretzels are not actually pretzel shaped. They are long and straight. They are big, though! One is enough for two people to share for sure! They were good but almost seemed a little doughy and didn't have that soft pretzel taste. I wish that my salted pretzel had a little more salt but it was good and we would visit again. I want to go back and try the soup someday. The price is great for the size of pretzel you get. I hope they can stick around. We'll try again for sure.

Met up with an old friend that I hadn't seen in years. I was having way too much fun at the…read moreamusement park...whereas they clearly weren't. After about 6 hours of non-stop rides and waiting, we decided to get off the walk and grab a bite to eat. Due to more extreme rides planned for the rest of the day; we opted for sharing a plate and not indulging in much more. The Pork Carnitas Nachos honestly were a good 10/10 for me because I was starving. Friend said more a 8/10 for them. The service here sucks! Unless it's the teenager where you pick up your order up from; forget it otherwise. You order at the counter. They give you a buzzer thing that will buzz after your order is ready to pickup from their window. Seat yourself if you can find any room. They also do have an outside patio area which is nice but unfortunately it was all packed. At the counter when you order everything for your party, you get your beverages. The cashier (I'm thinking she was either German or European ... which actually would have been lovely had she actually cared to be there). No manners. Very rude even. I didn't understand the "buzzer" system and in my party there was one Coke and one Diet Coke. Now, which one is which b/c she just shoved them towards us. I wouldn't have cared but my friend might have. Anyways, what ever happened to pushing the one little button on the plastic lid like we did back in the 80s-90s. Nevermind.. I'm getting old;+) So we found a table for two right by the bar with two little barstools. We had absolutely no issues with waiting (fyi, it was about 20 minutes). Engrossed in conversation, I feel something crawling underneath my feet. My friend did too. "WTF? Are there mice in here"? Nope, just an angry old lady sweeping underneath our feet (BTW, we hadn't received our order yet at 20 minutes) and I guess she thought we sat there for too long just drinking and not eating. FFS - When the nachos eventually were ready, the young 15 year old or so was friendly and gracious at the pick up window. If you want utensils here though, you have to ask the pick up window. When I asked for a fork they were plastic and ungloved bare-hand handed it to me with the actual fork in between his fingers. Plenty of napkin dispensers but not very hygienic if you want utensils. Side note- Whether you just go to the restaurant on it's own or are enjoying Lagoon Amusement Park, there is a bathroom located inside the restaurant that is actually clean (unlike all the restrooms circulated throughout the park). Store is clean but customer service and employees need big time customer service training! I'm giving this review a straight 4 for decent food and an amazing day. Sadly the restaurant itself is only worthy of a 3.

Easily the best veggie pizza I have ever had. My husband tried the German special of the night and absolutely loved it (I won't try to spell the name because I'll completely slaughter it, but it was incredible!). ‍ The Service: It was our first time here, and our waitress, Moni, made it unforgettable. She was vibrant, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about welcoming first-timers. Pro-Tip on Timing: We arrived around 5:00 PM, which was perfect. Seating in the lower restaurant is limited, and by the time we left, there was a long line out the door waiting to get in. Get here early! We left completely full and excited to return. We will definitely be back!

It was packed with flavor! If you like pretzels, make sure to order the pretzel and dips. I liked the cheese base dip while my husband slightly liked the mustard one more. Both paired very well with the pretzel. I ordered the Caipirinha from the drink menu and I loved it. If you have a hankering for lime, then this drink is for you. The dessert....oh my gosh! We ordered the Apfelstrudel and would get it again next time. Everything was on point from the texture to the flavor! One appetizer, two drinks, two entrees, and one dessert was a little over $100 pre-tip. It's a little pricey for us, but we don't go out to eat often. I'm really hoping one of these days I can try their brunch!
