I asked for cinnamon sugar pretzels, but he said he couldn't make those, so I settled for regular pretzels instead. He did prepare them for me, and they were good and came with a cup of cheese for dipping. Afterward, I checked the posted hours online and saw that the store is listed as being open until 7 p.m. I completely understand that arriving 15 minutes before closing isn't ideal, but since they were technically still open and the sign was on, I was disappointed that I couldn't order what I actually came in for. I usually go to a different pretzel place and only came here because my usual spot was closed. I'm glad I was able to get something, and the pretzels themselves were good, but the experience was a little frustrating and left me disappointed.

The outside had just the right amount of golden-brown crispness, while the inside was soft and fully cooked, without being doughy. They also nailed the salt level.
