I used to pluck my own eyebrows and I always thought they looked ok. After my friend had been coming here for years, I decided to try it out and I haven't plucked my brows since. My brows look so much cleaner and more shapely and I just love them! I wait for Saaz. She did them the first few times very nicely, and then someone else did them the second time and it just wasn't the same-like they were slightly uneven (no one else noticed so maybe it was just me). I love this place! I only go here for my eyebrow threading and usually see Saj. I don't trust other shops. $12 for eyebrows and if you do their punch card, after 10 visits, the last one is free. Sometimes the other lady also threads my eyebrows if Saj isn't available. They always do a great job and ask if you want aloe vera gel afterwards. I always say yes. :) Also, it doesn't hurt at all! I love going a few min before the open and being the first customer bc trust me, there will be a line when they open at 10 especially on weekends which is the only time I go. read more

They are the best in the business and even when I moved out of the area for a year, I was still commuting to have my brows done at Pretty Threading. The owner is welcoming to all clients. Very disappointed... Ive been going here for a few months on and off. For the longest time Their computer system was not working so they stopped calculating my visits adequately not giving me the stars for each visit I'm supposed to earn (points system) After many more visits and bringing this continuously to their attention, they Finally honored the First free one. Also, You will always have to tell them to clean your brows up Thorough because they don't seem to do it on their own by leaving hairs, just an FYI. Which is not great customer service, maybe that's why I'm frustrated. They do a decently nice job after having to tell them to get all the hair. Last week was the Last Straw. I went there for brows, upper lip and chin. I was the only customer until a couple minutes into it, 2 females walked in after me. One of which was loud, obnoxious and rude with a kid running around all over the place. I can tell from the moment she walked in talking on her phone, she was already pissed, impatient and annoyed she had to Wait. There was only one tech there so there Was going to a wait since she just started with me. I personally am very particular and want a thorough threading job done as that's what I'm paying for. After looking a couple times in the mirror I asked her to go over the areas again that still had hair, unapologetically. I feel like I shouldn't have to tell them to get all the hairs, that's why I'm there, to remove Unwanted hairs. I've been patient still just accepting that's how they are. Finally when she got all the hairs I said thank you and walked to the counter to pay. At the counter I asked if their system was working now? Simply reminding her of the last time it didn't. The girl (dont remember her name) says it works now (I can tell she was a bit annoyed because I made sure she removed all the hair. But that's too bad, that's what she gets paid for. The customers that were waiting were making sounds as if I was in their way. They needed to understand that there's only one girl there so they were going have to wait Regardless of whatever services are before them like everyone else. I've gone in there before where it was a 30 minute wait because there were several people waiting and one person had their entire face threaded and ai didn't complain like these arrogant customers did. They didn't have an appointment, they are walk ins, they just have to wait till the service is done. I payed, tipped and walked out the door, yes I still tipped After I walked out, the Crazy Psycho disgruntled customer ran to the door and verbally assaulted me, literally Screaming and shouting causing a scene because she was pissed she had to Wait. She apparently was "disgusted" at the fact that I like a THOROUGH job done to my brows THAT I PAYED FOR. She was Infuriated about It and aggressive. She was Just a Nasty person, AKA KAREN. She also had a Kid with her, talk about Disgusting. This is obviously an angry unstable person who needed to be corrected in the store. This all happened inside the Shop. The lady was verbally assaulting me while she was inside with the door open. Clearly her behavior was Unacceptable and needed to be told by the Workers that Shes inappropriate and to stop or needs to Leave. The girl working there didn't do That. She permitted this Crazy customer to verbally assault another customer. She showed POOR Customer service. When I called later to complain about this, they argued and told me they cant control people. Lol. Of course they can't. But they should always KNOW how to handle disgruntled customer's appropriately and That's All I expected. THEY FAILED TO DO THAT. They also tried arguing that this happened outside, which is Not True. The disgruntled customer was INSIDE the Shop While she Verbally Assaulted me yelling profanity at me. I already told my friends and family about this and they will be telling everyone they know in the area as well. If you want a highly professional environment to get threading services, where they know how to handle disgruntled customers and provide Good customer service and do a thorough job, I recommend another place. read more

Every time I get my eyebrows threaded I ask myself, "why don't I do this more often?!?" They look so good afterwards! $12 for eyebrow threading here. They have a stamp card, so make sure you get one! $10 minimum for credit card Pretty is a great place, that really does make me more inclined to go more often. Why, you ask? Although a few dollars more expensive than other places I've been to, I came away with the best eyebrow shape I've had yet! Also, although slightly painful like normal, this was WAY less painful. I usually go to a place on El Toro (which I'm very happy with) but I was getting my car repaired down the street, so thought I'd try this place. This was one of the roughest and most painful threading experiences I've ever had! The woman working on me was extremely heavy handed, and it felt like she was sawing on my face. As a result, I now have a blood blister below my left eyebrow. Attractive! I only gave two stars because it was clean, and the workers were friendly. $12 to suffer is NOT worth it! read more

I drive a certain distance just to come to this place! Everyone on the staff is so sweet and really do such a great job- no one I trust with my eyebrows more. Suri helped me out last time I was there and she did a phenomenal job, she also was so kind to show me how to fill in my eyebrows with a great pencil after I had told her I was not really too sure about tinting quite yet. She walked through all the pros and cons of tinting and also has changed the way I now fill in my brows when needed! The first few times i came and I loved and I continued to come... However, the past 3 times I have gone they have 1)new employees, 2) employees bring their kids to work, 3) the worker took my hole punch card when it was finished- gave me a new one- but still charged me when my visit was supposed to be free, and 4) they messed up my eyebrows, 5) the last time I went I was the last customer and the owner trash talked the previous customer by calling her "demanding and irritating". You may ask why I continued to go if my experiences were not so good- well, i kept hoping I was just coming in at bad times. I think the owner not speaking so kindly about a paying customer after they left was my last straw. Needless to say, this once very accomodating/relaxing experience is no longer a great place to get my eyebrows done. They are at a convenient location and it would have been great if they would have continued to keep their high standard of customer service.
