( my busy schedule had me cancel my nail appointment) So I knew right away Pretty Nails will save the day. They have about 20 tables available for nail techs. Honestly I have always been seen without that much of a wait. ( I do suggest go early morning) They have like 3 different polish brands from what I could see. They have almost every color in the book. (Regular and Gel) The service is done fast and it's not sloppy! The pedi chair has a massage function. They put a warm blanket on your feet with the pedi! They do offer face waxing. I tried it out for the 1st time with them since I was short in time. She left them nice. But I was sensitive to their wax product. I had a horrible red rash. ( thank godness for makeup) It's a day later and I'm still red. So if you have sensitive skin... maybe think about it. ( especially if u have a special occasion that same day) If you like a specific nail tech you can make advanced appointments as well. read more

I had asked for a clear coat... I booked in appointment with them because I couldn't go to my original nail place. I usually go with them when I can't go to my original nail place. They are usually good, but this is the first time that they have disappointed me tremendously. They had the audacity to tell me that this is my natural nail when I've done clearcoat multiple times in my other nail salon and I've also done clearcoat in THIS salon as well and it has come back super nice. This is ridiculous. And instead of them redoing it or telling someone else to do it everybody kept saying the same thing oh it's just your nail bed. That's just how your nail is. This is my go to nail salon. They did a remodel around Covid time and were closed for a few months which was a pain but it turned out beautiful. They are all very nice and the owner is so accommodating and welcoming. I usually get my nails done with whomever is open so I don't wait long or even at all most of the time. However, they are quick (about and hour or so for pedi and gel nails) but they don't cut the cuticle so well. The women do a much better job than most of the men in the facility. It's just been my experience. I still go every 2-3 weeks. Prices are pretty standard compared to other salons. Overall I do recommend them. read more

I've been going to Pretty Nails twice a month,every month, for over 4 years!!! There is a reason for this, the salon is impeccable,their tools are sanitized in an autoclave (which is strangely, is not enforced by the health department), the staff is kind and friendly, and the owners Cynthia and Canh, truly make you feel like you are part of the family. I have NO complaints whats-so-ever and highly recommend anyone to visit them, especially after their latest re-modeling. The re-modeling took an unexpected 4 months, but boy, was it worth it! Upon coming back, I was glad to see that all of their loyal customers had returned ,even though it had been such a long time, and a lot of us cheated on them lol. My go-to girls are Amy and "Q" for mani/pedi with gel, and for acrylics I usually sit with Canh (all depending on your style). Going anywhere else but here would be a mistake. I used to come here more often but had an incident once when they cut my toe and sent me home just like that pretending nothing happened. My toe got infected and I said I wouldn't come back. Well, I gave it another chance this past weekend just because it's close to home. I'm very disappointed, the guy that took care of me didn't know how to shape nails and my nails don't even match each other now. On top of everything I told him I wanted white for my pedicure but never got to pick a mani color and he assumed I wanted white. I was supposed to get gel mani which I changed to regular mani just so I could take it off as soon as I left the salon. This is now my second time here... my first time I got a full set and a pedi. My nails were HORRIFIC, I don't remember the name of the lady who did them but they were thick, lumpy and uneven. I wasn't going to say anything because I was so pissed but after sitting in my car for 10 min staring at them, I just couldn't. I went back inside and thankful got the owner to fix them, he was so nice!!! He didn't make me feel bad at all for not being happy with them. He took his time and fixed them just how I like them. I definitely recommend having him do your nails, he's great! This time I came in he was busy so his mom Kim did my nails and she also is great, definitely recommend her as well. Now as far as the pedicures go , not my fave. They rush .. it's like they are done before you can blink an eye. I thought maybe that was just my first experience so this second time I upgraded my pedicure to whole shebang. Jamie is the one who did my pedicure and I don't think I have ever had the worst customer service in my entire life. She should be fired! I was having trouble getting my massaging chair turned on and asked her to help me and she replied it "idk you figure it out" like wow! So I sat there the whole time getting a pedicure and didn't have my massage chair on because she felt as if she was to busy to help me. The pedicure itself says paraffin wax & massage with oil. Well the "massage with oil" was more like she slapped some oil on my legs then Put the hot towels, no massage involved what's so ever. She put my paraffin wax on and took it off before it was even hardened. Average time You should leave paraffin wax in is 10-15 min which during that time is when you should Get the massage. She left my wax on for about 1 min, if that. I even said to her "I don't think it's done" she insisted "no,no it's fine" she was just so Rude from the start. Definitely not worth the upgraded price. She rushed as if there was a lot of people and there was no one waiting & multiple techs available to take other guest. I would not ever recommend her or even getting a pedicure here. read more

I've gone to other nail salons where the tech cuts me and makes me bleed at least once during the appointment. Natasha has never cut me and she always does my nails perfectly. She gave me a dirty look and sprayed a bottle of alcohol put sprayed it up so it went all over me! Even the owner- rude and cocky. The first girl who began to do my nails filed the tip crocked. So the 2nd person who did them took that tip off noticing it was crocked and put a new tip but yet didn't file my nails with the drill before putting the acrylic! I've been here a handful of times and never leave disappointed. The staff never haggles you: "Honey do you like crytal gel for your nail it's the best thing you can have for your nail. Make look nice, it sparkle like diamond in the sky. Do you like crytal gel?" They also have about 100 different gel color options. I'm not shitting you here ladies, you'll spend most of your refill struggling for the perfect shade of blue because they've got 30. This here, this ish right here, it's a game changer. They're quick, efficient and pretty upfront about their prices (you know what I mean, those secret charges that you were allegedly made aware of in their native tongue and you're sitting there like "Oh...uh..ok?") They are kind of pricey, but it's all good. My nails always look great and they're very detail oriented. I don't mind spending money on good work. It kind of bothers me that they don't offer "polish change" and they up charge to shape your nails, but who am I to tell how to run your business?
