Attempt number two with this salon requested builder gel with a tip extension #1 the owners wife did them ( she claimed it's really hard but she knows how to do them that she's practiced allot ) #2 I got my nails done yesterday and they are lifting already #3 two nails are fully lifted but the remainder of my nails are either formed improperly or not even covering the entire of the nail, I am not new to builder gel but my birthday is tomorrow and my salon is booked came here because I used to go back in high school and the service has only gotten worse Payed 85$ for what ? I honestly was very disappointed with Emily's customer service (or lack there if) the day before my wedding. My matron of honor made my appointment a month in advance and Emily knew it was for my nails to be done before my wedding. What I don't understand is why they like to cram appointments back to back and not leave enough grace period for if nail designs would take a little longer. The few days prior to my wedding was hectic! I had so much on my plate and errands to take care of, especially the day before. Emily was not understanding of that at all. My matron of honor was actually already there and had let Emily know I was running behind and rushing to get there. I was about 15 min late and Emily refused to take me stating she had another appointment in 30 min. Why would you even book appointments in 45 minute increments to begin with. I was highly upset given that I had no time to look for another place to do my nails and still more errands to run. The receptionist managed to get two other technicians to work on my nails to get me in and out. They did a pretty good job with my dip. A lot of them aren't skilled to do complex designs and the girl tried her best to do the design I wanted on my ring finger. It came out ok. I am giving three stars because of the effort of those two technicians, but Emily's attitude towards me that morning would have gotten a one star. read more

This place is pretty decent. The staff members are always nice too. They have a vegan pedicure package that I usually get at any salon that offer it. The products are provided by a particular brand. Well I began to frequent this location because Jay, an employee there, does really so I request his service when I am there. I had a toe injury and my nail was really bad but he wasn't afraid to dig in and cut off the lifted portion. Got it nice and clean and then we went ahead and used gel to protect it. Not my idea choice of polish but I noticed it lasted much longer and seemed to help my damaged nail grow back straight. They are a little pricy but then again I am getting special packages and what nots. Overall they're nice people, get the job done, and even have a loyalty program. Holy hell. I don't even know the name of the tech that did my nails but it was horrendous. I asked for an acrylic set. They charged for the use of clear tips, pink powder and gel (please stay away from places like these!!). I have my nail tech license and I saw many violations. He used dull files that looked like they were previously used on someone else, pulled out a cuticle nipper and cut THE SKIN (illegal in Florida) not the actual cuticle, and also they were not sanitized. The nippers were used and put back in the same spot they were pulled out of. All this to charge $54. I asked if he could sharpen the shape and was looked at like I was dumb. Also, where's the apex??? PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING!!!! I visited this nail salon 05/22/25 and received horrible service. I went in as a walk in asking for a removal of acrylic, a full set and a gel pedicure. my gel pedicure was great the young lady who did my feet was very nice but when it got to my hands my experience was horrible. the first tech tried ripping off my nails and after i complained he then decided to proceed with a soak off, i was then passed off to another tech to do my full set i made clear to her i wanted medium length, she cut the nails very short and said "good?" i said i guess since she had already cut all 5 nails, she did my acrylic very fat and clunky and for some reason rounded out the corners when i told her i wanted square, i then complained about the round corners and she very annoyed said "i'll fix" she half assed filed making them much shorter than they already were, after everything i was told it was $110 for everything, at that point i was very upset and very frustrated i simply said this is not medium and this is not worth $110 the front desk girl proceeds to say with an attitude "well thats the total and that's medium my nails are short" and shows me her nails which were the same length as mine just a different shape and said my nails were considered medium because they went slightly over my finger tip. the tech then came over and said "you said medium i give you medium you didnt say you wanted long" i was tired of being there at that point so i paid and left. i would NEVER go back to this place again in my life it is outdated not well kept and the service is terrible. please dont go here go anywhere else in pembroke pines or miramar but not here!!!!!!!! read more

Terry is THE man. I have never seen someone more attentive and caring when doing my nails. I had one of the best pedicures of my life. He's easy to converse with and it feels like he genuinely cares when doing your nails. I showed him some pictures of what I wanted and he went out of his way to make that happen. Super pleased! He also filled in my acrylics on my hands and they look beautiful. This place is very clean and I love that they give you your own ziploc of items to bring back and use every time. I came here with my cousin for a mani/pedi. It was the absolute worst experience ever. The nail tech was awful. He barely did anything and painted my toes so fast it felt like a child was painting them. Sloppy work. During my mani, I complained that my nails still felt rough and he said that was because I had previously gotten gel and refused to smooth them down claiming there was nothing he could do which is total BS. I didn't even let him paint them because it would have looked even worse. When I complained they tried to tell me it's because I do gel and my nails are weak. The worst nail spa in Broward County. If you want to wait while people file in and out and you sit and wait for an hour and 10 minutes to get taken back to even start a regular spa pedicure. Don't do it There were no names on the list when signing in.. I was not informed that it would be so long to have a service done... a woman came in after me and signed in she was told there were 2 clients ahead of her .. I was guessing the lady just taken minutes ago.. & me. So the lady on the list behind me .. was taken ... I inquired why she was before me.. her response.. she needed to have her nails removed .... But I was on the list first! After asking .. I waited for 2O minutes then I was taken to soak my feet.. the temp of the water was hot .. 30 minutes later the water is cold and I walk up front .. where no one is at the desk.. when I asked a man at the front .. he was doing the clients nails behind me on the list... he said I should have had an appointment... Not how May I help? Something you would expect an owner of the salon to do.. that has good customer service .. but he precedes to make excuses.. I don't do pedicures.. Why not ..let me find someone to do your pedicure.. so sorry you had to wait.. instead it was my fault because I didn't schedule and appointment.. Front desk could have said .. we are so busy and you will have to wait .. possibly an hour or more.. I would have left if this was the case... what a JOKE!! All I can say is... don't walk in Bliss Nail Spa expecting great service ... even though walk ins are supposedly welcomed. You are not a priority and they don't care how long you wait! They thought giving me two extra stamps on the loyalty card was enough! The only reason I didn't complain more was because I had 9 of the stamps already and I only needed one more to get the discount ... which I wasn't leaving without... that they should have given me without using my loyalty card! When he started hurting me I would pull away and he would keep doing it. 0 stars if I could. I've had many nail techs take nails off w/ another nail and this has never happened. When i saw more than half my nails bleeding and sensitive that's when I started to share my concerns and he got an attitude. Poor customer service and horrible service period. WARNING***This is going to be long lol- I wish I took a photo for proof but I had no idea that the result would be so awful. ... I came to this salon with high hopes After recently relocating to the area. First I went to try a pedicure: everything was great! So I made an appointment to return the following day to get a full set with dip and a tip. The nails were not super long- pretty average. Within a week the nails started to lift at the base. I called on the first open business day (after a long weekend holiday) and explained the condition that my nails were in. I also explained that due to work, I was unable to make it in. I asked if I needed to send in pictures, and was told "no, just come in whenever you can." I called again a few days later to explain that due to my schedule I haven't been able to make it in. Again they said it was fine. Within an hour one of my nails completely fell off. I have literally had press on nails that have lasted longer than this $50 set lasted. Immediately, to avoid embarrassment, I ran to the salon to have them replace the set. Right in front of the host, another nail popped off. It was obvious that they were not lasting. She got someone to soak them off and because I didn't have a lot of time I settled for a manicure gel. I asked what the price was - $29... I wanted to know so that I was aware of the difference in price from the $50 set to now the $29... in my mind- they owed me a credit... especially that I paid $50 less than a week and a half ago for a set that was falling off. When I was finished they told me it was $20... I calmly explained that I had no intention on paying especially when what they sold me a week ago didn't work... I only stopped at the front to get change to at least tip the lady that did my nails...I literally left the $20 on the counter along with their nail kit and by politely left. This is poor customer service! How can you provide a service that isn't successful and then charge me to change it? So I spent $60 ( $50+ $10 tip...) and then another $20... which brings it to a whopping $80 and I'm still stuck with nails that I didn't even originally want. $80 for a manicure gel polish!! Horrible nail salon. I went in for a full set. I kept it simple since I hadn't been there before. There was only one friendly staff member the rest weren't very communicative. For $79 dollars I received a full set DIRECTLY over nails that clearly needed a manicure. The French was crooked and the nails were buffed uneven. Although I gave her a photo and corrected her multiple times I was still left with 2 week old cuticles and old nail polish UNDER the set. Abismal! All while I was getting my manicure one girl came in complaining that her appointment had been changed on her without notice for the third time. And another woman got up disgusted at the horrendous job of her manicure. The whole place was horrid. I just had my nail done. I don't usually come to this salon but I needed a refill asap so I decided to get it done here. I sat down with the first lady when you come in to your right hand side. I needed gel acrylics refill; the WORST!. She was paying attention to I guess another lady who was waiting for her to do the eyebrows. I would put my nails in the Led black light for less than 30 seconds of course they are not going to come out nice they look pretty much as if I got a matte color. I'd been in search of a new nail spa and was hoping Bliss had what it takes to make me a happy new customer. Just the name alone had me very intrigued..."BLISS"...sounds nice right? So I came in the day before just to get a look at the salon and schedule my services for the following day. I told the girl at the desk I wanted a spa pedicure and not their basic one. Well she corrected me and told me it's called the "DELUXE" pedicure. When I arrived the next day, I said, "I have an appointment for the spa, Im sorry, DELUXE pedicure". I was assigned to Nelly (I think that's her name) immediately. So here's where it went wrong. She began my pedi and I knew right away, this can't be deluxe. It just felt very basic you know? Like she wasn't really massaging, she wasn't going the extra mile at all...it felt very rushed and mediocre...so when she was done (which was very quickly) I asked, "was that the deluxe?" She said, "no, you wanted deluxe?" Ughhhh!!! So we went back and forth (but politely and kindly) about the misunderstanding. I just ended up sticking with the basic pedi instead (which was SUPER BASIC and I wasn't happy with but moving on...). Yes, I'm a diva...LOL! So ok we moved on to my nails. She didn't even soak my nails or remove any cuticles, she literally went straight to the buffing but she used the machine that burns the crap out of your nail bed and the skin underneath the nail if they just keep it spinning there for too long. She burned the hell out of me!!! I kept pulling my hand away but that didn't stop her. I smelled smoke and burnt nails coming from my own hand! After she was done burning the living crap out of me, she began dipping my nails immediately! I really thought a manicure was included in a nail service. If I'm getting dipped nails, I've never gone to a salon where they didn't clean up the nail beds and remove the bad cuticles before beginning the service so that was weird. Anyways, she did an ok job on the dip nails and I do like that she was meticulous in her work but aside from that, she didn't win me over at all. I paid $63 for a basic pedicure and a dipped nail service that didn't even include the basics of getting rid of hang nails and bad cuticles first. I doubt I'll ever return. The customer service wasn't good at all...she kept trying to bend my arm into positions that were comfortable for HER instead of adjusting herself to me. She had wheels on her chair but I didn't so I was in a fixed position which made it difficult for me to bend my wrist like that and she seemed frustrated that a human arm couldn't bend that way. When she was done, my nails looked ok, NOT GREAT but okay. I didn't like the shape as they were narrow towards the cuticle but widened at the tips giving my fingernail a weird shape like a hammerhead. They didn't look like natural nails at all. It looked like I had acrylics on. Maybe they were a bit too thick or something? After all that went wrong, she told me her name as if she thought I would return and ask for her specifically. I doubt I'd return here but if I ever do, it won't be in her chair. read more
