Walked in at 2:15 in a Saturday with my sister. I was tended to immediately and my sister had to wait 45min. This is a busy place and everyone was working on someone: five girls working in all. They had snacks and sangria to keep everyone calm though. There's nice small talk but nothing forced. We were tended by two different girls. The same girl who starts your mani does your pedi as well, which is something new because I don't see that in too many salons. Girls were very thorough and near perfectionist. I changed my color choice two times while getting the manicure and my attendant, Gladys, just smiled and switched it out agreeing that the new color choices were always ether than the last. I didn't feel like a bother or anything similar. My whole nail was painted, none of this where you have the edges not reached that's happened in other salons. These girls are really trying to get your nail as close to perfect as possible. They spent enough time on clean up making sure everything was clean lines and no running anywhere. I felt like she was always good and then she made good better. The best part of my gel mani was that it wasn't chunky and fat how some places do gel. It's a nice thick but thin coat where I could easily say it's regular nail polish. This is out of my area but if I needed my nails tended to and I was in Hialeah, I would definitely return. read more

I highly recommend this place! They are sterile and the owner ensures all her employees as well as guest are wearing masks. When sitting at the nail bar, there is plexi glass separating the nail tech and customer. Everyone was very professional at this salon. Although I did not do my hair, I noticed the women were wearing masks and face shields as they did their client's hair. My nails as well as my stepdaughters came out great! Not to mention, the prices are AMAZING! Totally worth it! read more

I always come here to do my nails. After buying a Groupon to this unknown place, I discovered a diamond in the rough. Lissy is my nail tech and she is simply amazing! But today I came to do my hair. Didi, is the wonderful guy who put a HUGE smile on my face after my hair was done. He comes once a month and let me tell you the wait was worth it. He was nice, very down to earth, and what an amazing stylist he is! They do it all here ladies and gents! Facials, wax, hair and nails! I had an appointment to do my acrylics and I was absolutely disappointed with the results. The style I chose didn't suit me and I asked to restart the process, but i was turned down. Instead of being courteous to the client, she seemed careless and nonchalant. She could've worked something out to accommodate some time to redo them. She told me to come the next day and repay full price. The quality of customer service is not as good as I hoped and the nails themselves were done carelessly. There was little effort put into what I paid for. She lost a client and I do not recommend this place. read more

I've been here twice and I feel like I visited two completely different salons. The first time was great! Nail tech Fanny did a fantastic job and she was very knowledgeable about her craft and her technique was on point. The owner is an energetic, friendly, conscientious lady who really gets a kick out of pleasing her clients. Extra points for having a kids play room and for that delicious, icy sangria! During my first visit Fanny pulls the metal tools out of a white bag and lets me know that she had just removed them from their sterilizer. Major points for that! Her conversation was very friendly, but most of all professional. My nails were in bad shape due to excessive gel manicures and she worked her magic and when she was finished my hands looked brand new! I left there feeling pampered and happy that it seemed I had found my new spot. Alas, that was not to be. I should mention that the owner was not here during my second visit so that could have played a role in the sub-par service. I had an appointment with Fanny and I called to let them know that parking is an utter nightmare. So, I finally park and lo and behold, Fanny is giving someone else a pedicure. It was my lunchtime and I couldn't wait for her to finish and asked for someone else to do my gel manicure. The nail tech was friendly enough, however, lacked the skills needed to properly handle someone's hands, much less give a manicure. A black fiber was baked into the gel base coat and she had to cut it out with her cuticle nipper. Some gel collected and hardened on the side of my nail and that too she cut with the cuticle nipper. I asked for my nails to be filed round and they are square - I didn't correct her because I wanted to prevent her from overfiling. While she was cutting my cuticles I could feel the blade was dull and she confirmed this by stating so and asking her neighbor when the guy who sharpens their blades is coming again. She was having such a hard time that one nail tech came to check on her progress - I've been receiving manicures for 20 years and never experienced this. If you are going to pass me on to someone who is being trained I would appreciate being notified. I tipped her because she was nice, but I was not happy with her work. Worth a mention: I find sassy, witty salon banter quite entertaining and I'm definitely no prude, but today it was weird. A couple of nail techs were jokingly trading insults back and forth. Again, I know they were joking but it was still unpleasant. Some of the other techs laughed nervously knowing these two were pushing the limits of professionalism. One said, "who cares? We work here and this is our house." Well, when you're entertaining visitors at home I would suggest you behave in a manner more respectful of yourself and others. Also, no, just no - this is NOT your house. This is a person's business and more than likely their livelihood and you owe it to the person who hired you to behave in a manner that would guarantee return business, because in the end it benefits everyone. I really, really loved this place the first time around and was looking forward to my mani - that visit was a 5 star. I'd like to think this latest visit was a fluke and not the other way around. read more

I have been here twice already, attended by two different techs. Each time has been a good experience and my nails have come out beautifully. I have been a walk-in and I've never needed to wait for anyone. I usually come in during the week around mid-day. The prices are also very good. I will continue to come back. My only complaint, which is not a deal breaker, is the manner in which the techs behave themselves when they are not busy. They tend to group up at the wine bar and are somewhat gossipy. It makes people feel a bit uncomfortable to be honest. I also have not been offered any of the drinks people keep mentioning either time I've been. Not a happy camper! My first visit was about two weeks ago. I had my nails done by a lady whose always wearing blue overalls, my nails were okay, not the best. I was a little annoyed because the owners daughter sat in the chair to paint her own nails so when they finish with my toes I get up to settle down to do my hands I had to wait for her to finish, clean up and then I could sit (not very professional) since my nail lady had asked to please move and she took her time. My nail lady ended up cutting me with the dry pumice they use to remove the dead skin on your heel, I told her it burned she wiped my foot and said it must be minty soap we use so I didn't think much of it. The next day i saw i had a cut, i decided to call and just tell them what happen i spoke to a lady by the name SOL i told her i didnt want my money back i just wanted them to be aware to please have the manager or owner call me back which she did not. I decided to give them a second try on Thursday. My experience was even worse! The lady didn't even clean the edges around my nail were you can see the color I did before (blue). At one point I had to take the nail file and do it myself. One of my nails already broke and it's only Sunday. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. read more

This is one of the poorest run establishments I have ever been to. Not only does a gel manicure/ pedicure take 3 hours, the owner is extremely unprofessional. I called the next morning of my pedicure, because my nail became infected. I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes. When I arrived the owner, who answered the phone initially, had the phone off the hook due to too many calls. Upon my arrival, 7 different nail techs had no idea how to take out a nail properly. The hair dresser had the audacity to tell me that I did not know what pain is due to that fact I have not had a baby. The owner said nothing to her staff's remark and became extremely defensive due to my complaint. This was the most disrespectful, insensitive, disgusting comments I have ever heard. All the owner does is hang out with friends while she is there rather than run her business. They put a Groupon, and cancelled appointments for people with the Groupon. The nail techs are very nice there however due to poor management, they will surely loose all their business. And yes, the owner is friendly and nice however do not give a complaint because a whole other side will come out. read more
