I was visiting from out of town and had limited time in the area so I appreciated them accommodating me on short notice. The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn't feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed. Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment. When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I've always had great experiences with her. They were unfortunately booked for the rest of the weekend. While I've had consistently positive experiences at their other location, this visit was disappointing by comparison.

However, once she left it was the worst. Making an appointment online and choosing a specific nail tech is useless because they assign you with anyone they want. Rarelyyyyy they'll put you with whom you've selected. The last time I went to this nail place the woman absolutely ruined my nails. She cut me, and burning them with the razor thing. The following month I went to a new nail salon only to find these blood marks on my toes. When I sent the owner a message she didn't even bother to respond. Instead she continued to post about her clients. I will also attach the message I sent to the owner to better explain the issue. Definitely not recommended.

I even provided the specific color (I had to get it on Amazon) The owner after three visits reply to me that they have 200+ colors. I understand but I only use one. I think it's very stupid to loose a customer over not wanting to get a specific nail polish color. I'll miss the person that always did my pedicure there but I'm not coming back ever again I rather spend my money somewhere else where I feel appreciated. Bye.

She literally cuts peoples skin and just brushes it off as if it doesn't hurt. This is my 3rd time going back to her because the lack of experience she has on how to properly apply aplex which I do all the time with other people and never have this issue. She's always cutting me and today got upset because She was filing my nails roughly and cut me. Not with the drill or anything literally with a file. She blamed it on me talking on the phone and I respectfully got off since that was the issue but she gave so much attitude talking crazy like she was ready to fight. How embarrassing to go back n forth in someone's elseestablishment and not being able to control yourself. She reminds me of an animal with no proper home training. I kept my cool cause all I can do is laugh at her for the way she was acting bc it was so unnecessary. I didn't even get to do what I wanted with my nails bc I just wanted her to finish already. Hopefully they talk to her so their clients don't go else where or leave more bad reviews

I asked for a design (I'll post the design vs what I got) and it was a simple design. I requested dip with tip. She didn't buff out the nails or do the cuticle part. The shape was just messy all around. I stepped out and had to come back because it was just so bad. See pictures. I paid $70 for just nails. That's ridiculous in Hialeah! And they were just horrible. So when I went back they weren't even empathetic or apologetic. They just said ok come back when you're ready to get them redone. I went back after work and the manager Jennifer did my nails. She's pretty good however, not even a week later the paint started chipping. She didn't even use dip. She used gel which wasn't what I asked for
