This has been my go-to salon for my manis & pedis for about 15 years. The owners are great and greet me by my name every time I come in which is a nice feeling. They are also neighbors of mine. I always get a great service with a smile when I come here which is why I have been a regular for so long. My nail looks lumpy and bumpy, a fiber particle landed in the paint, and was not removed so there are bubbles on the nail. I was left with glue and paint around my cuticles after the service. The worst place ever!!! the lady who removed my nails is so disrespectful and doesn't seem to care if you're in pain. i tried to tell her numerous times she was hurting me and she would just grab my hand tighter. She cut down all of my nails and blamed it on the acrylic. And when it was time to pay they gave me a different price than what i had paid for previously and when i asked why was the price different the lady who i'm guessing is the manager/owner said it's probably because they forgot to charge me for something the time before and that i was just "lucky"!!! the worst customer service and the gentleman that came to charge me was rude as well and wasn't trying to help the situation. i'd rather bite my nails off then go to this rude and disgusting place ever again. After 14 yrs of regularly coming to this establishment i bid adieu. They up charge without consent. The bill separately for filing/cutting down nails, if you use opi polish and even for cutting cuticles. This is not standard practice even though they will argue that it is. The biggest issue is that they will NOT tell you in advance that there is a charge so the sticker shock at the register is real. Time for a new place, fortunately they are a dime a dozen. So the reviews where right. If I could give this place a 0 I would. First of all I had acrylic nails and they ripped them off I ask for them to be removed with acetone so it would be less dramatic for the nail and the lady just ignored me. She hurt me so many times. They charge $55 for acrylic nails. That's crazy I pay $25-35 usually because I just ask them with regular nail polish. Then lady did my nails under 30 min she was not taking her time and the nails look different shades on every nail. If you look at them from the sides they have waves like they are not even and I had my nails long and since she ripped them of she had to trim them short. Worst place Ever! read more

I agree w/ the review. At first it was a nice place to have your nails done. However, now they are printing paper price sheets every week in which they upped the price every single week. They are creating extra charges which are normally in a standard manicure and pedicure. In addition, the lady that recently did my manicure and pedicure was very disrespectful. Making loud comments as to "your cuticles are so bad". The funny thing is, the last time I was there the nail technician cut my cuticles extremely low, after I told him not to do so. It appears they are trying to embarrass the client I hopes of forcing them to implement additional services so they can charge additional fees. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the manipulation of their services, the weekly increasing prices, and their poor professional courtesy. I agree w/ the review. I started coming here a long time ago & have been on & off with them for some time. Not because of anything they did, but more convenience of location. There is one girl there that is the absolute most perfect. Her foot massages with the spa pedicure are just so good you'll catch your head falling & dosing off. She is so precise and careful with your gel manicure & pedicure I honestly can't imagine lending my hands & feet to anyone else. She is careful, sweet and is friendly too. They charge $47 for gel manicure & pedicure and I ALWAYS leave satisfied. The only reason I give them 4/5 stars is because their colors don't have an exact match most of the time and I'm the type of girl that can't mismatch it'll drive me insane. Also, DND brand polish has chipped with me a few times. All other brands can honestly have lasted 3 weeks but I always go every 2. This will continue to be my regular nail salon, it's now also across the street from my house & has a Starbucks in the same shopping center which I always pick up before my appointment. please please please dont go here. ive gave this place multiple times to improve and it doesnt. it has gotten worse throughout the years and im surprised they arent close for not meeting health regulations. i have family members and friends who have gotten fungus from here after getting pedicures. they dont comply by any covid regulations besides mask. my main issue is that they always push you to get acrylic even if you tell them no. they will wait until youre getting a pedicure and then start the acrylics WHILE YOU ARE IN THE PEDICURE CHAIR. Very Very Very unprofessional. after receiving unwanted acrylic, they cracked and fell off after a week. literally snapped. and this is the 5th time ive gone here and this has happened. The most horrible experience EVER! did my eye brows and I specifically told the lady "clean up only" she waved practically everything off and left a line. I love thick eye brows and had to wait 8 months for them to fully grow again. I was embarrassed. I also went to get pink and white nails and I wanted to cry! They're so ugly! I got a gel polish mani and deluxe pedicure. The extra massage is amazing and the scrub had my legs and feet feeling extra soft. I was greeted warmly when walked in and did not have to wait. Prices are competitive and Vicky took care of my mani & pedi. Vicki is a perfectionist and took her time. Not once did she inflict pain (other salons have left my cuticles bleeding) - very gentle and meticulous. My nails look gorgeous and I will come back. The only thing holding me back from a 5-star rating is that the tools did not seem to have been sterilized - I'm used to them being hermetically sealed after sterilization but these tools where stored loose in a box. The next time I go, I will provide my own tools just to err on the side of caution. read more

Went there less than a week ago for a dip/powder manicure and they are all "falling off". I've never had dip come off my nail like a fake nail. Went to get one nail fixed today and the nail tech noticed that the color was different on each hand. Paid too much for such poor service. A dip manicure usually will last 2 or more weeks so very disappointed that this one has lasted 5 days. Won't be back. read more

For some reason my original review was deleted but FAIR WARNING TO ALL!!! I was a loyal customer to this establishment and although they changed technicians often, I went to the daughter of the owners who is very good. This particular occasion I made an appointment with Hami and she confirmed. Upon arrival she started on my toes when she was interrupted by her mom who then told her to tell me that she no longer does fill-ins. This particular appt. I wanted a polish change on my toes and my regular gel manicure. After finishing my toes Hami told me that she does not do fill ins and recommended me to a young man stationed further in the back. I have no idea why her mom would not want her to work on my hands because she has done so for the past 1 year in a half...but I was like whatever I need my hands done regardless. She could have told me this BS before I drove from Cutler Bay to Miramar. I went to the male tech and long story short, when he was removing the gel polish, he accidentally removed a chunk of my pinky's skin off. My finger started bleeding profusely and then he put some blue liquid on it that made it burn worse. After sitting in pain for 10 minutes I let him continue while taking breaks bc at times the pain was unbearable. I then had to chose a different color for my hands than what was on my toes because after applying two coats polish, the gel color started melting off. So now my hands and toes are a different color and my pinky in pain and horrendous looking. When I went to pay, I told the owner what happened and showed her my finger and she then had the audacity to say, "that's a normal accident". And said I still had to pay full price. So instead of making a scene I just paid and said I will never step foot there again. They have no loyalty to there good customers...and apparently removing a chunk out of their client's skin is normal. read more

One star for being open late and welcoming me inside in a friendly manner. Gel manicure was a complete disaster. Cuticles are an essential part to a manicure. Not doing that the right way or not wanting to do it even after asking nicely before the polish - was mistake number one. It looked like I had done my own nails with all the polish on the cuticles, sides of nails missed, uneven paint job all around. This was done on a Thursday night, yesterday afternoon, Wednesday all paint was chipped and lifting. I came in and explained to the gentleman in the front who asked who did it, interrupted me and told me to sit down - not too nice. The girl literally peeled all my polish off with her own nail (GEL POLISH) that is how watered down this was. She buffed my nails, ignored the cuticles again, and repainted them. This new polish was not the OPI brand, very clumpy - another version of very bad. I'm extremely disappointed, I feel I invested a good amount of money for gel manicure and pedicure and I've had to go back 2 X. Please note I was asked to pay an additional $3 for OPI gel polish which I was never even given a choice or told beforehand of the additional fee -because "cost of the product went up". I will never come here again and throw away my hard earned money. I will not try to fix this any further. This the worst nail experience I've ever had. Good luck to them. read more

I'm a regular customer, however the male owner who's name starts with an S is rude, very unprofessional & needs help with customer service skills! As I waited for my awesome tech.
