DON'T EVER GO HERE!! I came to have my nails done to attend a baby reveal party. I asked for a…read morepedicure, and to have nails added but not SNS, I also wanted my eyebrows to be arched. I normally come to this nail salon because of the quality of her product and the fact that it is usually very clean. The nail tech came to start on my nails while I was getting a pedicure, I explained to her that my nails are usually sensitive so please don't drill a lot, but she still drilled heavy. I also asked if she could taper my nails at an angle because I don't like the square shape. I hate the fact that they don't understand English but want to own a shop and hurt people, if you don't understand English, take the time and learn if you want to offer services to the public! Once she started adding the acrylic I said excuse me that is not what I asked you for, I wanted my nail to be tapered and not all this acrylic because now you have to drill a lot to get this down. This lady gets upset and scream across the room Taylor!! Then Taylor come over and say to the tech, she wanted her nails to be in the coffin shape; and then tell me that I should have told her that, I said I am not a nail technician this is what I pay you all for; after that Taylor the owner takes over and drilled heavy on my nails! She put acrylic all over my skin so much that my nails were burning underneath! This caused me severe pain! After treating me like this then charged me $160.00 for a horrific service!! let me tell you all, don't go to this nail salon!!!! The poor ladies in there are scared of the owner!! She orders them around!! I also have a picture of my finger. These people need to be locked up for hurting people!!!! I also had to go to another shop to have all of that mess removed!!! What a horrible experience!!!!

My toes looked terrible and the girl had no clue what she was doing as she seemed confused why my gel polish was not drying (she was not curing for the full time). She efiled it off and redid the toe. When I got in some natural light I could see my toe nail was dented and uneven bc of being efiled and layers of gel polish. I had to leave in a hurry bc I had to get to my baby shower but I was not satisfied at all.

I was lucky enough to be seated with Malinda, and she was a joy from the very beginning! Warm smile, super friendly, and just easy to talk to. I wanted to do something a little different this time and go for a fall tone, and she helped me pick the perfect shade of brown. She even suggested adding a glass finish to give it a little extra pop and tested it on one nail first to make sure I liked it. The woman is truly an artist! My nails now look like the ultimate hot cocoa! I couldn't be happier and will definitely be asking for Melinda again. Highly recommend her if you want someone who takes pride in their work and makes the whole experience fun and relaxing.

I think it's just her and her sister working, I was one of three people in the salon and waited a significant amount of time for my service. But when it was my turn, she was very respectful. Apologize for the wait and was very quick to get me taken care of. She also did a very good job with my dip. Price is about average, what I would expect to pay for my service. She did exactly what I asked for the dip colors were a bit limited, but I was still able to find what I needed. I appreciated that she was willing to test the color out before proceeding and was willing to change it per my preference with no problem. If I ever return to Alabama, I will use this nail salon.

Absolutely terrible. Went there for pedi and gel mani…read more First of all I had to ask them to do both at the same time vs. getting it done at once. Second I had to ask them to work some more on my dead skin around my finger because after the young girl was done my skin looked like a battlefield. They did not remove my callus very well. It's basically still there. When they did my nails I wished they would've asked me if I wanted it round or sharp corners - nothing. She just filed some away and it turned out to be cricket too. Paid 49$ for a store that is low range really. There are way better places with same prices but WAY better service. One star for that lady that was trying to be nice at least. At the picture you can see that I even have a cut on my toe. It burned like fire while she was working on it. Don't go there. Not worth the time or money
