WAY OVERPRICED! I got charged 90$ for a fill-in with red polish. No glitter, diamonds or fancy add ons. The board said 45$ fill ins. When I got to the register the lady told me the prices on the board were NOT up to date...HUH? There were 2 different techs working on my nails she said he used a more expensive polish than the one she said to use. That it was a mistake. And I'm still not sure why she charged me an additional 10$. I could only understand about 1/3 of what the lady said. Very unprofessional. read more

I am extremely dissatisfied. I paid $60 for a full set with the nail technician Steven. The nail broke less than five hours later taking my actual nail with it. It was very painful obviously. I went back this morning to try and have it fixed and was blown off twice. I was told to come back at a certain time and when I did, I was blown off again. I was treated so rudely. I was told that no one else could fix it except Steven and that he wasn't coming and she didn't know. I paid $60 and no one could take five minutes to fix my nail? I will never be returning here. $43 FOR A GEL MANICURE!!?!?! WTF? I paid less at the fancy spa near my house that gives you drinks and pampers you. Hope they enjoy that money as it's the last they will get from me. It wasn't even that great of a manicure. I asked for rounded, oval shaped nails, and now I have these sharp pointy claws. The people were nice and I did get seated right away, but really. The place is very cluttered and they don't use fresh tools every time. They had to move personal stuff out of chairs to have customers sit down. I don't understand why it is so hard to find a decent nail salon with decent prices here. I've been searching for "my" salon and have tried several places in the area. Now I understand why the tech asked me if I wanted get the polish or a manicure. Again, really? I paid $37 at Nailworks in the Southside - a full service, very nice spa. Definitely going back there. I was really impressed with my first visit here. I got a pedicure and the dip powder manicure. Both the nail techs that worked with me were really good and conversational. Also, I get the feeling that they have a really high standard for their work, they were using different techniques that I haven't seen at other salons, and I was thrilled with how my nails looked! Had just gotten my nails done on a Thursday, Washed my hair on Saturday and the tip on my index finger popped off. And the rest of my nails have cracks going through them right where the tip was attached, And they wanted $10 the fix it. Even after spending $70 to get my nails done. I will never go back. I've been going here for 6 years because it's the best nail spot in town. They are good at everything except maybe crazy designs and colors. I always wear black, pink, or white so that doesn't bother me. I would suggest booking an appointment because they're so awesome they do stay pretty booked up. You might have to wait if you just walk in for acrylics or anything fancier than a basic pedicure. They're worth the wait! read more

Way too expensive for the end result. I paid $98 for a gel manicure and pedicure which is rediculous plus the fact that i have nail polish on my fingers and my cuticles look like they werent touched. I went in with enough time to not be rushed and even though there was only 1 other person i was still rushed so they could close earlier. Fell for this service for the 2nd time, no more! I got dip put on my nails with a small tip added for length. After a week 4 of the nails had come off. When I returned to show the lady who did my nails that I had lost four within a week she said that it would be $3 dollars a nail to replace them. She asked if it was gel or acrylic and I made her aware that they were dip. She then told me that because they were dip it would be more expensive. I reminded her that I had just had them done a week ago and she told me that it depends on how you work with them and with extra length it is easy for them to come off. My length was a very short tip and I have gotten dip for years without this problem after a WEEK. I also have NEVER paid $55 for dip before. As a newbie to Chattanooga I was excited to try out this salon only to be EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer service. Beware to pay an excessive amount with the risk you will be back within a week to pay even more due to lack of proper technique. read more

I don't get my nails done very often bc I have all of the equipment and usually prefer to do it myself; however, sometimes I do go out to get them done if I'm wanting to get pampered. Although it wasn't as much pampering as just getting a new set, I loved the way my nails looked after. The only reason it's 4 stars is the price. Making appointments at this place is absolutely pointless - and they will not apologize for your wait, no matter how long it is (an hour so far). The male staff is inexcusably rude as well. My mother asked if she could soak the gel on her fingernails while she waits and one staff member said flatly, "No." It is her birthday, so the sting of horrible customer service is all the more felt. read more

Terrible place! It's so dirty and loud there! The owner's kids were running around, and they even got into my purse!!! Just out of control.
