I had a fasting doctor's appointment this morning and wanted to pick-up something tasty. I ordered for pick-up. I will never do that again. My order was a lamb burger (with fries), falafel (sitting in hummus and with toast), soup and chicken wings. I was so hungry, I tore open the falafel. This dish was so salty, I threw it away. I tried a wing. Nothing stood out. It had no particular flavor and quite frankly, it was under-done for my tastes. The burger did not travel well at all. The bun was a mushy mess and the patty sat on top of a watery mayo of some kind. There were a few slivers of pickled onion, a thin slice of tomato and a few strips of lettuce -- hard to distinguish any of these toppings because it was all a bit of a messy mush. There was no nice lettuce and tomato at Lettuce & Tomato! The patty was the only standout of this order, but the fries that truly tasted day old, were such a disappointment, I couldn't get over it and just put the patty in the refrigerator. Even the ketchup was strange. I don't plan to return.

The service was just as memorable. Everyone welcomed us in so warmly, it honestly felt like we were regulars. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, and the white wine recommendation paired perfectly with our meal. The ambiance was lively and energetic, but we never felt rushed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. Such a thoughtful touch to leave with freshly baked bread to enjoy at home. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

The place itself is beautiful and usually buzzing, but even though it was busy, we were seated right away. I actually love their system: you get assigned a table, look over the menu, order and pay at the register, and then they bring everything out to you. It's efficient without feeling rushed, and once you're done, you can just head out. We ordered a honey latte (so good) and a shake, plus two sweet treats and a breakfast croissant to share. Everything felt like a true treat, definitely indulgent. Not something I'd do every weekend, but honestly... I wish I could. The ambiance is stunning. Think Mamman or Pura Vida vibes, but more elevated, more boutique, higher quality ingredients, and less of that fast-casual feel. Service was great all around, and I'll definitely be back.

Well seasoned and juicy. *5 stars Made a fresh juice- beets/ orange/ginger... SO YUMMY and affordable *5 stars The sides lack in flavor. Very basic and dry. red crema potato with garlic (dry and flavorless) Plantains (over cooked and dry) Pumpkin (no flavor but was scooped right) Veggies (soggy over cooked no flavor) Mashed potatoes (lumpy and was not tasty) Spaghetti and meatballs - yuck. I bought this meal back as it tasted like water. Basically no sauce or flavor. Meatballs are sad and I was really unhappy with this meal. The manager was not happy that I returned this food. I asked for another chicken as that was actually good. She said no I could get meatballs and a side. I asked for double mash. So in the end 4 meatballs with mash. It was lackluster to say the least. The chicken is what had me come back a 2nd time. But again the sides sucked and I think this will be my last time visiting that cafeteria. The juice was great from them.

The produce itself is always fresh and very fairly priced. They also always have weekly specials that they even post on their instagram. Their staff is so friendly. In the back they have a juice bar, and a section that serves hot food. The juices are all so FRESH. They even offer a happy hour at the end of day where they are half off. They also offer some yogurt parfait and chia seeds yogurt along with salads that are already made to grab for quick convenience. Where the hot food is has breakfast options along with some meals which they change that vary in fried fish, meatballs, grilled chicken, etc. I've had the pleasure of having a large range of their breakfast from the bagels with eggs and turkey to lox bagels and avocado toast. Everything is SO FRESH and so fairly priced I really want to stress fairly priced because i feel like this is what it should cost to eat fresh, whole foods. So thank you so much to the folks at Mr. Fresh for providing a standard. Can't wait to continue going here.

That started The Great Pizza Quest, a months-long, expedition around the neighborhoods searching for an amazing pie at a fair price. Our search is over. Tomato and Basil is the one. I write this after 4 visits. Margarita pizza, a simple pie that has nowhere to hide. It demands top-tier ingredients. Theirs is absolutely superb. The crusts on the pizzas are delicious. The Di Parma has tender thin shaved prosciutto. We've ordered the Mushrooms and the Veggy and they totally hit the spot. One visit included a carnivorous friend. He demolished the Meatlovers. We have shared the Tres Colores salad and everyone raved about it. You can tell the proprietor takes serious pride in sourcing quality ingredients. The staff is friendly. We like sitting outside in the back and there is plenty of parking behind the restaurant. Yeah! We have officially secured our new Friday night pizza joint.

Hot, cheesy, and covered in toppings that may or may not be a little too much--but that's part of the charm. Each bite is like a mini celebration of carbs, cheese, and whatever toppings you decided to go with. The crust could be thin or thick (because why pick?), but it's always good, and probably a little greasy in the best possible way. Service? Usually laid-back--kind of the "we know we're serving you the best pizza, so we're gonna take our sweet time" vibe. But hey, the pizza's worth the wait. Would I return? Always. Because, at the end of the day, there's no such thing as a bad pizza day.
