The last time I got extensions with her, she did a sew-in weft that wasn't the right shade of blonde. I got fed up, went somewhere else, and was horrified when the extensions came out and I saw how little hair I had left. Growing this back out is going to take years. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend her if you're trying to maintain or grow your length.

When I arrived, the stylist examined my hair and extensions before proceeding with the service. Unfortunately, the nightmare started the very next day. I began losing 5-6 extensions daily. When I called the salon, I was told to wait a few more days to see if the problem continued. It did, so I called again, and the owner reinstalled the extensions that had fallen out. However, the same problem happened all over again. When I contacted the salon to ask what could be done to resolve the situation, the owner became irritated, rude, and impatient. Instead of helping me find a solution, I was made to feel as though the problem was entirely my fault. I was told that my hair was too slippery and that my extensions were not compatible with the types they normally work with. In the meantime, I contacted my hairstylist in Europe, who was surprised to hear about my experience and explained that I should not be experiencing this kind of problem. When my extensions were originally done in Europe, I never had issues with them falling out like this. I am extremely disappointed not only with the results of the service but also with the way the owner handled my concerns. I expected professional service, honest communication, and a reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon, especially if you are looking to have existing extensions redone.
