It looks like a mullet. I only realized how short my real hair was after I finally switched stylists and had the extensions removed. The last time I got extensions with her, she did a sew-in weft that wasn't the right shade of blonde. I got fed up, went somewhere else, and was horrified when the extensions came out and I saw how little hair I had left. Growing this back out is going to take years. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend her if you're trying to maintain or grow your length.

I've been a customer at this salon for a long time and have never had any issues. Unfortunately, I missed an appointment for the very first time, and when I called to reschedule, I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee. They claimed they had texted me three times and that my messages weren't working, which is simply not true. I never received a single text. I asked them to send me another text while we were on the phone to verify whether my messages were working, but they outright refused. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they insisted they had contacted me and then told me they would no longer accept me as a client because I wasn't aware of their cancellation policy and because of their supposed texting issues. I also offered to meet in the middle since it was my first time missing an appointment and also because the supposed text messages were never sent (and the receptionist refused to try to send a text while we were on the phone) but she refused and informed me that I'm basically banned from the salon. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, but treating a longtime customer this way over a first missed appointment is absolutely ridiculous. Refusing to serve a loyal customer over a texting issue they wouldn't even attempt to verify is beyond unprofessional. After being a customer for so long, I expected much better. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon.

I paid $120 plus tip, so I expected a professional haircut and a much better result. I contacted my stylist, Michael, afterward and asked for a refund because I did not feel comfortable having him cut it again. I did not receive a response to my refund request. I'm attaching photos because they show the haircut better than I can describe it. I'm very disappointed both with the service and with how my concern was handled afterward.

Elena is a miracle worker and an absolute sweetheart. My hair turned out exactly the color I was hoping for. At every other salon, I always left a little disappointed because my color came out too warm. I didn't want to have a huge hole of missing hair on the back of my head, so I went to see Nichole. Nichole's salon is completely new, private and she has beautiful equipment. Nichole was very nice and patient with me. She put some product it my hair and she spent 3-1/2 to 4 hours working on that knot. It was very tedious, but she finally got it out. First let me start off with the appointment scheduling, Christelle (the hair dresser who runs this business) was not at all accommodating with scheduling the service. I wanted my hair done for my birthday and I told her this and she was not able to accommodate at all I was rudely told the dates that are already shown on her website. Then proceeded to tell me to just book online again in a very rude manner. So that's what I did and my appoint was at 6:30pm she then the morning of changes my appointment to 5pm. It was quite sooner than what I wanted but I just took the appointment anyhow since I didn't want my hair to be rushed being that she made the appointment sooner. I had a question about parking since my appointment was on Sunday, the email did not say instructions on parking for Sunday.I wanted to cancel my appointment even before I even showed up and was about ready to walk out once I got there. And when she was flat ironing my hair, she kept burning me with iron on my scalp multiple times and on my ear. Of course I jumped because the heat was very hot and I would expect that she knows what she's doing and paying attention. She would mumble a sort of apology of sorry but it's obvious that she was not Sorry because it kept happening! Finally getting to the end of my appointment as she's asking me how I want to style my hair I tell her that I want it with a part in the middle and straight down, bone straight. She keeps trying to tell me how I should be styling it with waves, and volume to it. She was giving me her unsolicited advice and telling me what would look better. What needs to be understood is me as the client I can have whatever hairstyle I want. I was not asking her for advice on what would look best to add volume to my hair, for example, I like my hair straight down with a part on the middle when I get it straightened. She kept trying to tell me that I need to get a trim on my hair, she always wants to insist on getting a trim when I have some length going on with my hair. I said no I can always do that next time, she was telling me how damaged my hair is, and when she had turned me around in the chair so that I could face the mirror, I was happy and smiling to myself that my hair was straightened, and that it would look very nice for my birthday, on the other hand she had on a stone, straight face, and Told me how damaged my hair is and how the style is not going to last long, and how I have so many dead ends on my hair and huge gaps that people will be able to notice! She totally damaged my confidence there once again, with the unsolicited advice! it was the rudest things I've ever heard a stylist say to me. I don't care what her opinions are, and what she thinks how my hair looks, there is no need to address things as such, and there is a nicer way to say things if she wants to add in her opinions. After that whole experience, I was just completely appalled with the stylist and I will never return here again! $150 for a silk press is quite outrageous, when, in all reality, it's not even a silk press, because my hair should be looking so smooth and look like glass, and I speak from experience because I've had other soak compresses done from other stylist. She's just washing my hair and blow drying it and going over it with a flat iron. That's something that I could even do at home. It's all just a huge scam and trying to add on hair trims to make more money, I'd never recommend this place to anyone! I will definitely tell all my friends and family to stay away from the stylist! She does not have good vibes, and it felt like a cloud of negative energy in that salon. When that should've been a fun experience for me getting my hair done for my birthday. But this was nothing like that. And when she said that I have the huge in my hair, she did not even care to ask or even see why that would be, because I've been experiencing health issues and with the medicines that I am on, it can cause hair loss. So that just definitely Left a bad taste in my mouth with the way that she was speaking to me acting like I have large gaps of hair missing! When I got a look in the mirror at home, and I had other people look at my hair, nobody noticed that at all, I definitely get more of a sense of not wanting the best for her client (me in particular) for some reason or another. Although I have been nothing but nice to her the whole time and do not understand why she was acting this way towards me. I don't understand how people are so happy with her attitude and her services, because I was very upset after I left! I would give negative stars if I could. Again, highly disappointed, and she should not make ASSUMPTIONS about hair loss that ONCE AGAIN WAS CAUSED FROM HEALTH CONCERNS I'VE BEEN BATTLING.

Apparently moldy, smelly weaves is a thing, so I listened and took all the notes like a good student. 6 weeks later...MY WEAVE STILL LOOKS FRESH AND SMELLS GREAT. Still getting compliments left and right! Natacha has got some SERIOUS TALENT. WORTH EVERY DAMN PENNY. I will be a repeat costumer. Thank you Natacha for making my first weave experience an extremely positive one! I'm officially hooked! Be prepared for even more Nigerian YouTube videos at our next appointment :)

So I'm disappointed you decided to put some of them back up again in an attempt to further destroy my character and negatively influence how businesses perceive me on this platform. As a result, I will begin to peruse this matter legally. 1st response to Natacha: I will be looking into legal options for the lies and defamatory statements you have publicly made about me. Everything you said is a lie, and I can prove it. I NEVER said I didn't want to pay for a consultation. I asked for the price so I was prepared with the money when I got there. You responded saying you'd waive the fee without me saying anything. I will post screenshots to prove you are lying. I also didn't refuse to take off my hat. Why would I come in for a HAIR consult and not wanna show my hair?? My hair is NOT damaged and I will post a pic taken the morning of our appointment. It's 22 inches and incredibly healthy. Worst of all, you spread lies about me having open sores on my scalp?? That is not only a bold-faced lie, but it's disgusting and incredibly defamatory. Just because I gave you a bad review that you deserved, you attack me personally? You absolutely did NOT spend 1 hr and 35 minutes with me. YOU were over 10 minutes late for our 2:30 appointment while I waited outside in the sun. I'll post texts to prove that too. How was I there for 1 hr 35 when I went in at 2:41 and I left at 3:04? That's 23 minutes, which is shorter than our 30 minute consultation time. How dare you! This is proven further since you texted me at 3:09 PM with the name of the hair supplier AFTER I left. I will prove it yet again by posting the text I sent a friend telling her I was still waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time. Still wanna stick with that lie about the time Natacha? When we were done talking, you even looked at your phone and said "oh perfect timing, I have a client in 5 minutes". Please Natacha, pull up security footage from Salon Republic and show the world how fast I left. Our encounter left off on a friendly note with me NOT verbally attacking you and me NEVER begging you to do my hair. You said you'd text me the name of the hair place you recommended. Why would you text me that AFTER I left if I was verbally assaulting you and got kicked out? Please show the footage of us in good spirits and talking friendly while you validated my parking ticket Natacha. You NEVER referred me to a dermatologist either, another lie. You said you wouldn't do the weave because I wouldn't like it. Point blank period. No conversation about the condition of my hair was ever had because there is NOTHING wrong with my hair or scalp. You never even looked at my scalp, just ranted about how you thought I couldn't afford hair. You also never told me you were rejecting me as a client. You said to let you know when I found an extension place I liked, validated my parking, and said "let me know. And that's the God's honest truth. I'm sickened you have chosen to attack my character and even spread lies about my health. You can't make up lies without repercussions. Again, I will be seeking legal advice for these libelous statements you have made. It's egregious and I will do what I can legally to protect myself. (Original Review) I saw Natacha to consult about tape-ins but leaning towards a full sew in so I can protect my hair while I grow it out. Once I asked her about the weave, she told me that she wouldn't do it on me because, in her words, "I don't think you would like it." Hmm... I thought it was up to me to decide whether or not I would like it? I did my research prior; I didn't show up ignorant, but I was treated like it. She then made it seem like the cost of the hair required was going to be a lot, as if that was a problem, which it wasn't. Didn't even matter since she already said she wasn't going to do it, but I was offended she thought money was an issue while knowing nothing about me. When discussing tape-ins, she said she doesn't offer maintenance on them because she can't charge what she feels she should. But she offers application of them...then what? Your client has to go elsewhere after that? Doesn't make sense. I was quite annoyed at that point and eager to leave. Because of this experience, I feared approaching other stylists for a sew in out of fear of rejection. I then saw another stylist and went with a technique I hated and wasted money on hair and services. Fed up, I contacted other stylists to do what I originally wanted. Luckily, I've found many amazing stylists who are more than willing to do my weave without hesitation or false assumptions. There is nothing wrong with my hair and no reason why I was told "no" other than Natacha's desire to think she knows more about me than I do. This should never be how you approach a prospective client, or anybody at all. I do not recommend her.
