Nadia was very friendly! We called late on a Sunday asking for same-day appointment. I could tell she wanted to wrap up her day but was willing to squeeze in his cut. We agreed to a time and when we arrive, we were greeted. We only waited a short time before someone came to shampoo his hair. While that was happening, in true last-minute form, I asked if there was any chance I could get a wash and blow dry. I gave her an out - and said NO is an acceptable answer given how late in the day it was and the thickness of my hair. Again, Nadia was agreeable and had another gal to do this (missed her name but very sweet and skilled at blow dry). My son has longer hair, passed his chin and was very happy with the cut that she gave him. I was also very happy with my wash and blow dry. What drew me to the salon was the positive reviews and the reasonable prices. I can attest Nadia's salon is an excellent value!! Quality service, at a small salon, for great rates. Gives a local "regulars" vibe, and for those with lots of thick and/or curly hair...they are not afraid and can work with this type of hair well.

Nina is hands down the best hairstylist I've ever had -- and I've seen well over a hundred in my life. She just gets my hair. It's porous, it can frizz and yet when Nina touches it, it lasts. My blowouts with her stay beautiful for weeks, somehow looking even better as the days go by. She works with such speed, finesse and effortless talent -- and she makes it fun. I first met Nina years ago through an online beauty service appointment at 6AM -- I hadn't even seen her face until she came inside, set up and completely transformed me. I admit I was nervous going in for my first appointment with Nina right before leaving on vacation, but everything went very smoothly and I felt so safe letting her take care of my hair! You can tell she's very professional and knows what she's doing, plus she's so fun and easy to talk to during the process. She made sure I was 100% happy with my hair and was totally cool staying later to keep working on it since the color did not come out quite dark enough after toning it the first time. Nina is exceptional, It's so hard to find someone you really trust especially with my thick, long hair. I appreciate that she always gives me her genuine opinion on what she thinks would look best, I get bored easily and always walk in with a new idea lol. She is great at styling and always accomplishes what I want (believe me I've put her up to the challenge more than once) and her blond highlighting technique is incredibly natural. I've been going to Nina for 6 years. She has magical hands. My hair is always looking very nice after it's touched by her. I always get compliments. I also love the fact that she really listens to how much I want my hair cut. She never cuts more or less of what I ask her to cut.
