I called them out of the blue. They set me up that day for a consultation with Aida. My hair is long and had many colors going on...black roots, grey and gold. Aida knew I was worried because I was a new client and I was worried about the cost of a full color correction. She came up with a fantastic alternative! Aida simply colored my hair which covered all the different shades I had going on. It was much more affordable and took half the time. I am very particular about hair and I understand how can be. I had let my hair go for too long. Aida was very nice and accommodating. I get compliments every day. Aida is my new go to for color and cut. Excellent job. I'd give her more stars if I could. read more

I booked an appointment at Salon Glo after seeing an Instagram promotion for a Russian manicure at a discounted price of $55. Initially, the manicure done by Alana was great, and I was very happy with the results. However, within less than 24 hours, one of my nails peeled off, and another chipped. When I reached out for a fix, I was told I could come back the next day for a fix, but during that visit, they suggested that I had broken the nail myself, which wasn't the case. The communication was difficult due to a language barrier, and I felt that my concerns about the quality and the reasons behind the peeling were not adequately addressed. I was late to my correction appointment due to being held up at work however the options they were providing to rectify my unsatisfactory experience were very black and white- they were not offering flexible times, I was offered 2 time slots on a day I had already stated I couldn't come in due to work. The staff was not very helpful in offering a proper solution, and even after the "fixes", the nails continued to peel and chip, which was extremely disappointing. The final straw was at my third appointment for correction when I was told I was being charged for additional nail repairs without being informed beforehand. I felt that the lack of transparency and poor communication throughout the entire process was unacceptable. While the final manicure, done by a different technician, was good, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning. I also want to add that when I had to come back the first time for a correction and was very obviously not happy, I told the receptionist Alisa I wanted to cancel the next appointment I had pre booked- to which she told me that due to the inconvenience, they want to offer me 10% off of my next appointment... WHAT A JOKE! 10% off my next appointment is an absolute slap in the face to a customer who has been entirely inconvenienced by the poor work done on my nails. I wanted to love this place because it is conveniently located just 5 minutes from my house and has plenty of parking but wow what a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be inconvenienced by multiple days/ hours and constantly feel like you are being talked about/laughed at in another language by the technicians and receptionist. read more

I have been going to this salon from the moment it opened and couldn't recommend it enough! I started by getting manicures with Victoria L. and transitioned into getting to know Ksenya and Victoria K. closely as well and going to them for my hair needs. I love the girls and it always feels like more of a friendly hangout than a beauty appointment. Last night, I got a haircut from the lovely Marina and she did an incredible job. You can tell she truly cares about her craft and made sure to explain her steps and adapt what I wanted to accentuate my face features. I would like to shout out Rimma for a great brow lamination as well. She did an incredible job and was very precise and careful in her work. All around, I have had nothing but terrific experiences here at Salon Glo, and it feels like a little piece of home! Special thanks to both Vikas and Ksenya for growing such a large client base after years of dedicated hard work read more

Salon Glo, thank you for taking us at the last minute. Your staff is excellent. The hair specialists and receptionist are professional, and friendly. They were so welcoming. We felt right at home. The location has plenty of parking, the salon is clean, and it is beautiful, spa-like. They welcomed me and treated me to a yummy cappuccino. My daughter's hair was cut by another salon and it was unevenly cut. Salon Glo fixed her hair by trimming it on the spot, washing it, blowing it out, and straightening it. The before and after pictures show they are perfectionists. We will be back soon and cannot wait to be pampered by a team who loves what they do for a living. Thank you again for making her hair and spirit glow. Her school picture will be friz free. Your attention to detail is immaculate and like no other salon. read more
