You gave yourself away. She didn't realize she was inadvertently agreeing my hair was ruined. It's so satisfying to let someone like Nicole talk and reveal themselves. She is just another; clout chasing, manipulative, shallow, disingenuous show-boater without honor, or ethics. The type that gives Angelenos a bad name. She speaks and writes like a seventh grader, but tries to act so sophisticated. She isn't fooling anyone. Since when are hair stylists in a class so far above waitresses? They aren't. Nicole went to beauty school and got a certificate after 1600 hours. I graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in our country, but I wouldn't look down my nose at Nicole because she could only go to a trade school that accepts anyone willing to pay. Nicole boasted she makes $350 an hour. Not every hour though for sure lol, because she was idle in a chair of an empty salon when I dropped off papers for her. Tons of "last minute cancellations" and open slots featured on her ig's stories too. You can expect a touch of this type of attitude from the very talented stylists in Beverly Hills. Nicole is neither talented or in Beverly Hills, and yet her ego barely fit in the court room. A legend in her own mind. Surely the result of too many participation trophies and parents who told her everything she did was wonderful! Her and her assistant literally lied to the judge and told him breakage only happens immediately. Everyone in the world knows over processed hair continues to break every time you wash, brush or style it. If you try out Nicole I highly recommend boosting your ig following, or having a career she admirers if you want her to avoid burning your hair off. Everyone else is just there to pay her bills and they have to take what they get. Your money is just whatever unless she can ride your coattails some other way. Also keep in mind her best effort is still seriously lacking. Her prettiest client Alyson who she tries to do well for is getting thinner and shorter as they go along, because Nicole doesn't know how to lighten hair without damaging it. Their making up the distance in extensions. Her methods are haphazard and half-assed. She doesn't know how to cut curtain bangs, or what color champagne blonde is. It's pretty sad. I feel sorry for her partner who appears to be a genuine person, even her buddy who brushed clumps of my hair out and lied for her, but most of all I feel sorry for her new business partner. She's far more talented, she doesn't need Nicole. They will all see in time. Nicole is never responsible for her actions, and she will always take shortcuts and advantage of others if she thinks it will benefit her.

Lyneise returned my call within 15 minutes. I mentioned she was the only one I received feedback from. Lyneise asked me some questions about my hair, the condition and what my hair goals were. So far so good, I scheduled an appointment for service. Lyneise' hair care has spoiled me. She maintained my color and relaxer, kept my hair trimmed and healthy! So I went to her to change my topper into two separate wefts. The hair was on wefts already. So all what she had to do is to bring the wefts together and sew them (all in the pictures). She said she would charge me $110 on the topper! and then she took off the netted topper and separated them and said that she doesn't know where the piece came from and that I brought her two not one and that she would charge me $30 extra, plus another $30 dollars for a piece of weft that just needed to be cut. So the total is $170! I knew that I was being robbed and I definitely wanted to take the hair but she would've taken money from me anyways for using the scissors and cutting the net. I will just show you the work in the pictures that is worth $170

Ally is literally the BEST OF THE BEST! If you have been longing for extensions this is the place to go! I have never in my life got extensions before.I heard many different horror stories from people who had once had extensions. I contacted Ally with just a few of my basic concerns such as ; will I have to cut off all my hair after? Will it damage my hair? Will it cause a matted mess? Can you make me look like a mermaid?. She responded (very fast I may add) addressing every possible question I had and more! I really like how she never once pushed me into getting them done or made me feel like she was forcing me to do anything. She was very open with making sure the decision to get the extension was my own and how all she could do was educate me on the method she does. All I can really say about Ally is super awesome things. She is easy to talk to and is extremely good at doing hair extensions. I have also been dying my hair for years and she was able to match the colour perfectly. The hair is very good quality and just feels like how my hair was when it was long before. I have gotten so many compliments on how healthy my hair looks and when I tell the people they are hair extensions they can't believe it. First of all, if you are looking for quality- do not look elsewhere. This is the best of the best. I have tried so many other places and hair stretch by far was phenomenal in every way possible. I came here for my wedding extensions and literally have never looked back since. The owner of this salon is such a talented entrepreneur and a woman of impeccable character. I actually enjoy coming here not just bc it's the best quality hair and application. She goes above and beyond for her clients and there's a reason all of them come back for good. She is a perfectionist, honest, genuine, makes you so comfortable, and doesn't skimp on the quality-offers her clients only the best possible quality in everything. This salon is also extremely clean and very covid friendly. Most other salons do not operate that way. I took my hair for a conditioning treatment at another salon and they chopped off some layers of hair (messed it up when I didn't want a cut just front layers) and she even offered to fix it for me when she didn't have to. Its literally a lifelong blessing to have come across Ally & HairStrech. As someone who has looked into many other options before, trust me when I say- this is the best. Before setting up an appointment I was reading yelp reviews. I've never had hair extensions before, so I was looking for some guidance. So many reviews said not to bother with anywhere else, just go here first! I have to say I am SO happy I took that advice!!! First, there was the consultation. Ally found the PERFECT match for my hair, which I wasn't expecting because my hair is almost ombre from darker brown to pretty much dirty blonde. She had the PERFECT match for me and we set up an appointment right away! It took about 3 hours for the installation, and let me tell you, the time FLEW by! I actually had a great time talking with Ally while she installed the extensions! And the end result...MIND-BLOWING!!!! She also answered all of my questions and gave me great advice for caring for the extensions (which eased my nerves, this being my first time getting extensions). I actually had a family event a few days after the installation and I swear I've never received so many compliments in a single day before! Ally is such a sweetheart, very professional,helpful and just the BEST. She is very personable and a joy to be with. I just got some low lights down with my hair, because I have some crown and side balding issue due to low iron and some other internal vitamins deficiency (that need to see a dermatologist to confirm and fix) but it really took a toll on my confidence :C. Ally suggested the best bet, and gave me some coverage of my sides and helped my overall volume of my hair, even just bit but it looks worlds different in my opinion. Like where do i even begin talking about Ally?! She's amazing and does amazing work. Literally like going through all these awful weaves was sooo worth it once i found her. She's amazing, polite and honest. Her technique is wonderful and the environment is relaxing. I've had my extensions in for almost i think 4 or 5 months now and the hair is still good. By far the best hair i think i've ever had! And i slack it sometimes and don't brush it and IT IS STILL GOOD. Excellent results, along with excellent customer service. From my initial consultation, I felt comfortable and confident that Ally understood the look I was trying to achieve. After our appointment, the result wasn't quite what I had envisioned. I discussed it with Ally, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day to make adjustments. Shaama has made me love braids again!!!…read more I had a bad braid experience (REALLY bad) in the past, and although I loved having braids and twists, I was ANTI-braids and didn't get them in for many years from fear that I would have a lot of breakage, as opposed to gaining what my intentions were with braids: hair health, growth retention and having an overall protective style. Years ago, I went in major "bring my natural hair to life mode" because after having my first daughter, my hair and skin suffered greatly. Then again after second daughter's birth, my hair got very weak postpartum and I had major hair loss (not shedding...LOSS...bald spots and all). I was bummed, but determined to get my hair strong and healthy again. I went to a hair health specialist that I had gone to before having my baby, and I mentioned I really wanted to get braid but I would "never get them again" and told her of my disastrous braid experience in the past. Even with having heard my story, she recommended SHAAMA! Because I really trusted her, and she knew how dedicated to my natural hair health, I scheduled an appointment for Shaama to get some twists....let's just say she made me a believer in braids/twists actually being a protective style that benefits your hair! SHAAMA is: -very patient and willing to hear her client's concerns, goals and personal presences with their hair. I'm always asking a lot of questions regarding best products to use for my hair before, while, after braids and she is always willing to help me with suggestions -professional, great communication, prompt responses regarding scheduling -efficient and fast with install -very reasonable fees -most importantly: SHE INSTALLS WITH CARE AND FULL AWARENESS OF HAIR HEALTH SHAAMA's installs arent so tight that you have a headache for a week, or can't lay your head down to slee. Those little white bulbs that you might have seen where your hair has been literally pulled from the root?? NOPE! Not with here...when I take my braids out, there is very little shedding (just the small amount of natural loss that would've naturally come out). I know this is a loooong review. I rarely write Yelp reviews, and if I do, they aren't this exhaustive. But I had to share my full experiences with SHAAMA...I will never get my hair braided with anyone else. If you are wanting a TRUE protective style through braids/twists, I highly recommend her!
