The owner later called me and said that even this partial refund was a "favor" because they normally don't issue refunds. She also made a point of telling me that she has a legal education, which I found particularly surprising considering her apparent lack of understanding of basic consumer protection principles when a paid service is not delivered as agreed. Very disappointing service and an even more disappointing response to a legitimate customer complaint.

Nadia was very friendly! We called late on a Sunday asking for same-day appointment. I could tell she wanted to wrap up her day but was willing to squeeze in his cut. While that was happening, in true last-minute form, I asked if there was any chance I could get a wash and blow dry.
