Before speaking with him, I had called several other O'Reilly locations, and none of the staff were anywhere near as helpful or genuinely interested in assisting us. We were dealing with a very stressful and expensive car issue, and even though the problem wasn't his responsibility, Elijah made every effort to help us find a solution. When you're in a situation like that, having someone who treats you with patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to help makes a huge difference. He never made us feel like we were just another customer--he made us feel like he actually cared about helping. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, and Elijah is a great example of what it should look like.
