Her Pretty Things Boutique is such a sweet little gem in downtown Lodi. The space feels cozy but thoughtfully curated. You can tell someone really cares about what goes on those racks and shelves. I loved the mix of feminine pieces with a little bit of bold energy. The blue polka-dot dress with oversized buttons was adorable, and the denim wall was chef's kiss. They carry Risen jeans, which are always a win. The sign that says "Know your worth, then add tax" made me laugh because, honestly, facts. They also have the cutest gift section. Mugs, affirmation items, mama merch, candles, self-care sprays, and even pink emergency car kits that say "Stay safe. Stay cute." It's the kind of place you walk into for one thing and leave with three because everything feels giftable. Great value. I also love that they host pop-ups with local businesses like Odyssey Coffee and Rising Soul Jewelry. If you're downtown Lodi and want something unique, fun, and thoughtfully styled, this is definitely worth a stop. read more

I've been here twice and I really like it. They are a more size inclusive store and they don't have sizes in sections. Two women with very different bodies can get the same dress on the same rack. It is a boutique so it has boutique prices. They change the merch pretty often so there are a lot of choices. The vibe is a little more farm girl chic than I typically would like but its not over the top and it is a boutique in Lodi, it tracks. The staff are super friendly. I have purchased two dresses and top recently and they are all perfect and great quality. It's a little confusing about the name. I heard The "Lodi Collective" and I had the impression it was larger but its a small boutique and unfortunately has mostly empty storefronts around it. I really hope other cool little businesses go in on that block. read more

I stumbled upon this boutique on accident but thought I would check it out and liked the things in the store but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The owner is NOT friendly at all. No, acknowledgement at all. They have charm bar there, I was creating a charm bracelet and the owner literally just stood there watching as if I was going to steal something. Made me feel super uncomfortable as I've never had that before. Today, I thought I would give it another go and check it out. Well today was my LAST day ever going there and I don't recommend it to anyone else. Again, I wanted to make a bracelet for a birthday gift and the owner literally just stood there watching my every move, no interaction at all, customer service is so bad. Once I paid I just asked if I could get a box or little bag since it's a birthday gift and she said ya it's all in there & walked off. That boutique is also NOT kid friendly. I had my little girl with me and the looks given said it all along with just watching out every move. You can't shop in peace because you have eyes on you the entire time & you don't feel welcomed at all. This isn't a place where interaction, greeting, small talk, kindness is. I could tell both times I was being judged. Twice was definitely enough for me. That's not how you treat customers that are just trying to shop and support a local business. read more

One star rating for the poor customer service and terrible return policy. I used to recommend this boutique to everyone since I shopped there very often.. but sadly they treated me like crap. The owner always stocks the cutest seasonal/holiday clothing, too, which I love. It's a great shop to get a gift or pick up something pretty for yourself. There is always something for you to find in the size inclusive inventory not to add cute accessories from bags jewelry and hats there is always something new and the styles are always changing. I really want to like this store, but the staff (on two occasions) has not been customer centric. They are unwelcoming and don't acknowledge customers even when the store isn't busy. Their clothes are great, but I'll never go back given the lack of customer service. read more

Absolutely obsessed with this store! As a plus size gal, it can be hard to find cute clothes that are "in style", but at Her Pretty Things, they're always up to date on the latest trends. My wife and I pride ourselves on supporting local businesses. My wife stumbled upon this boutique a year ago and has since spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. We recently had our first child and with the small space in the boutique it was more convenient for my wife, not to try on clothes at the business,. My wife tried on her clothes a week after purchase and found them to be too large. Unfortunately, even with a receipt and the tags still on her purchase, the two items she was trying to return out of her larger order was outside of their return policy of seven days. A store credit was not even an option. She ended up just leaving the brand new clothes at the register she was trying to return and walked out. I would recommend that NO ONE purchase anything in the store as a gift, as they have no essence of customer service. It's unfortunate, because we do shop local and support small business, but after this experience they will not get another cent from us. read more
