Fina is located in the Lincoln Center where all the cute boutiques and great restaurants are located within the city of Stockton. Great location and great parking as well. They carry a lot of cute items, although, I don't know if I would consider this place affordable. You definitely need to make sure you have $ to spend here but for me it's worth it. I wanted to buy just about everything in there LOL! They have all of their fall and winter selections from cute dresses to oh-so-soft sweaters. The service was great. Has cute stuff but WAYYY overpriced, I know it's designer but I could get these items elsewhere for less. No way I would buy anything here! and I'm not poor, but not into wasting money either, they have a plain ugly blue t-shirt for $50, could get the same thing at Target, $300 blouses etc. not sure how they survive in Stockton, 2 stars since store looked cute. At first the girl working was helpful, then ignored us when her friends walked in the store, she was trying to push the hard sell on things we weren't even asking for and had nothing to do with what we said we were looking for. Return policy is terrible. I have a dress that I don't feel confident in for daughter's wedding. They will not return. Only offer in store credit. Now, I have no chance of a new dress. It was my first time in and it will be my last. Certainly not women helping women consideration. read more

Four Stars for the following reasons: 1. It is VERY difficult, if not impossible to find a store that carries designer jeans in the city of Stockton. The market simply does not allow for it. 2. When there is a sale, there is a GREAT sale. My Paige jeans - only $50. What a find! 3. Not a big crowd... actually, no crowd. 4. There is actually selection. In any mall -- specifically Pleasanton, Sacramento and San Francisco, the designer sections are always so picked over by the end of a sale, or season, it's not even worth going through. 5. The shop is located in a one stop shop area - breakfast at Payters, shopping at Fina, wine tasting next door, a hair cut a hop, skip, and jump away, lunch and a snack in the Lincoln Center -- and there goes a good part of your day. Great selection of hand picked beautiful designer items. Excellent customer service. Amazing sales, better than Nordstrom! Remember that for quality clothes there is a certain price point you must get used to. Many clothing brands may be affordable but they are mass produced and thus quality is sacrificed. The first time I walked in here I was in a pair of crappy jeans and a tee, the service was a joke. Actually...there was no service. There were three customers in the store total, an older lady, a girl that looked like she was 12 and me. The owner provided excellent service for the little girl and promptly started mocking the older lady as soon as she exited. And me, she ignored. The second time I walked into Fina I was wearing True Religions and probably some contemporary top and a Juicy Couture day dreamer bag. Suddenly I was treated like gold. Interesting. The selection of denim here is pretty good, I'm guessing this place gets more business than what I've seen because they do have a bigger selection than some Nordstrom stores. However, I work in retail as well and the service here is truly a disgrace. If they think that Juicy Couture and contemporary denim is high rolling, they are sadly mistaken. I have been here are few times its clear that the women that work here go by how you look and have zero customer service. On one occasion I was there wearing some designer jeans and a miss me top I got all the attention the second time I was there I was going to go to the gym and stopped by to make a purchase no one ever acknowledge me so I just walked out without buying anything. The women working here look at people up and down and after they do that they decide if you are worthy of them offering any assistance. There is an older women who is horrible at doing that. Women that work there lets not forget life is a roller coaster some times we are up and others we are at the lowest point so be careful. Also don't go by what people wear or look you would be amazed if some people that don't wear all the glitz and glam have more than you do! read more

I'm so hesitant on giving this place 3 stars. I agree with all the other Yelpers. The service can be bad at times. I've been into the store when it's completely empty before and had no help from anyone. But once there was this lady that was very attentive and helped me get different sizes, and even gave me suggestions on other similar items I might like. My favorite part of this store is the designer jeans selection and sales rack. I love Free People, but could rarely afford it. But this store often has their items on sale. If it wasn't for some of the great items I have gotten from this store I would have to subtract a few more stars from my rating for the poor service. read more

This is a hard store to figure out. On some occasions, I've come in here and the service was pretty good. They helped me with what I needed and I've even purchased a few items in the past. On the other hand though, some occasions where I've come in I was completely ignored by the sales people. I don't know what you have to do to be considered "worthy" of their attention one day and then invisible to them on another. Overall this is definitely not my favorite store and the staff could use a few pointers on their customer service skills but I will give them two stars for decent merchandise. read more

Great shopping in Stockton is VERY limited, almost non-existant! So when I found Fina, it was god sent! Designer brands and awesome jeans. I love it! I wish they carried more Tory Burch shoes and purses and less Juicy Couture. I bought a pair of Hudson jeans for a decent price. Of course some items are more pricey but I absolutely love this store. I would like to start by saying that I have NEVER been to Fina and not found what I was looking for! The boutique offers everything from jeans to cocktail gowns. Yes, the selection is smaller, but it is sufficient. This is the Central Valley and we are limited on quality of service and product. I thank the owners for being attentive and cordial during all of my visits. I have left with amazing items, from both the regular priced section and clearance areas! Thank you Fina! Went in on Sat. 10/15/11 the shop girls were super helpful and I was very happy to have a pleasant shopping experience. The store is very tidy and they have a nice selection of contemporary clothing, for Stockton. However, most of their items can be purchased at Nordstom's. Sunday 10/16/11 was a different story. I went in again because I had accidentally purchased the wrong size in a top. I brought in the top with the receipt and spoke with the clerk behind the counter and went to look for the correct size. Unfortunately, they didn't have another one. When I went to the counter to tell her, that I would just look for another style, she said that they would be unable to exchange the top because it was marked down. I explained that it was just purchased the day prior but if they would not exchange the top that I would not ever shop there. That is when another shop girl decided to snottily tell me that they would make an exception just this once, but it was store policy to not return or change anything that was marked down. I was so upset by her demeaning tone that I took the shirt and walked out! Don't do me any favors, Honey! More than likely, I would have bought the more expensive top that I had my eye on, the day before! I would think that, in this economy, a small business would be a little more friendly towards their customers. Obviously, this store has issues with that. read more

I am a returning customer at Fina because I love their taste. After reading some of the reviews on here I felt I had to add mine. The ladies at Fina are true professionals. If I want help I let them know what I am interested in they are sure to help me with it. When I want to hit the sale rack and see what treasures they have for me, they let me without pressuring me to buy the full price goodies. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this store! What a GEM in Stockton! We went to Stockton to visit our daughter for Parents Weekend at UOP. Of course our daughter wanted to go shopping... Luckily we found FINA. Both of us got some really cute things and I even got a start on my Christmas shopping. There are also some nice restaurants near by, so my husband was able to watch a game while we shopped.
