My daughter had followed Love That Dress on facebook and was interested in several of the dresses that where featured on her page. We made an appointment to meet with the owner, Sharon, to check out the dresses. Working out of her home, Sharon had a large selection of both long and short designer dresses/gowns. Sharon knew her stuff and would recommend dresses that she thought might look good on my daughter. My daughter ended up selecting a dress that she would have never tried on in another Retail store. It was stunning on her. Her prom was this past weekend. The dress was a big hit with her and all her friends. I don't know who was more envious, her friends or their parents once they heard we had rented the dress! If you are shopping for prom, homecoming or even just a special party, you would do your pocketbook a favor in checking out Love That Dress. We will be headed back next Prom season.

They sell a lot of items that are trendy and that are in style. This particular Crossroads is their outlet store....which I love love love! They are picky with what they sell and the items are in great condition for the most part. I love how they post a lot of their items on IG. You get a sneak peak of what they have ready on the floor available to be purchased. It's a good way to entice their customers lol. This store is pretty clean. They have really good customer service. I paid full price for all four pairs, and the very next day every pair went on sale. Since I had never shopped at Dillard's before, I assumed they offered price adjustments like many other major retailers. I made the drive back to the store, only to be told they do not offer price adjustments. Instead, I was told I would have to return the shoes, wait until the next day, and then come back to repurchase them at the sale price. That policy makes no sense. If my size had sold out while I was waiting, I would have missed out on the sale completely. What was even more frustrating is that no one informed me of this policy when I made my purchase. Between the unnecessary extra trip, the wasted gas, and the inconvenience, this experience left a bad impression. I understand that every store has its own policies, but I believe customers should be made aware of important policies like this before making a large purchase. If you're planning to shop at Dillard's, I highly recommend reading their pricing and return policies before you buy so you know exactly what to expect.
