This used to be my favorite place to thrift but in the last 6 months the prices continue to climb up to boutique prices. Anything that has the lululemon logo is marked up like I'm shopping brand new. Sorry but I don't care if it's name brand it's still used and I would like to pay used prices. This seems to be the truth for a lot of items now. It's no longer fun when I have to look at the price tag and wonder what's it's marked at. I know the cost of running is expensive but it's probably not bringing revenue when the item Is sitting there forever until it's half off. Just my opinion. The employees there are generally nice and welcoming. I don't go there as often though due to prices and lack of options like before. read more

Joe and Gabby should be aware of this! I just walked out of the Lodi Junction too today at 4:45pm 11/25/25! I spent almost 3 hours shopping and had a cart full of full priced merchandise with 3 tops .95 cent& I could have easily spent another few hundred of dollars again today in there! I organized the items for the cashier as always! I kept a few items that was week 45. (1/2 off) & they were women tops! Priced at 95 cents each! The cashier refused to say it was week 45, saying it's a week 48! & has already wrung up 1 top for week 45 same exact writing! Asian, young girl who's supposedly the manager already heard the whole thing agreed with the cashier even when she knew the # written is clearly a 5 & not an 8! And I should have taken a pix of it but I was so mad I walked out, left everything! My whole cart full of items with regular price besides the 3 tops! I spent a lot of money in there! I even got the gift card for filling up 5 of their stamps cards already. & is building another one now. The card is to Get 1 stamp every $15 spent & 5 slot on each card! So 5 cards with 5 sloths, that is 25 total! I spent $375 (not including tax)! to get a gift card from them. That's couldn't easily be over $400! And has already filled 2 currently! Was working on starting a new one today with a few more stamps from today transaction. But unfortunately. I did not want to stand there & argue for a 2 top or .95 cent! that is clearly written week 45! (Not 48)! (She wrung 1 already)! So I left everything! The whole shopping cart full! I won't ever go again! Not supporting anymore! I'm disappointed! The cashier didn't care when I told her I didn't want anything! She stated "ok! Whatever, is a roll out by they missed it!" So I spent all those time shopping, found those 3 tops at .95 cents & it's my fault that the workers missed their roll out? That they didn't do their job! But instead of honoring a customer who pays a lot of money to support the owners business! The cashier refused to acknowledge their wrong doings. Their lack or job laziness , they miss their price roll out, by taking it out on a loyal customer! Wow! Thats customer service now? Both the cashier & the young Asian manager have seen me so many times going in there o spend lots of money! They need to be retrained! The manager needs to be de-promoted! She lacks the management skills! No management experience what so ever! Business will go bad for these young, untrained, unexperienced little girls in the front register! Not to mention the cashier did not even acknowledge me nor even smile once! read more

Lots of items ranging from clothing, kitchen tools, furniture, books, toys, etc. What I don't like (same with the Lodi location) is that they write the prices directly on the items with black marker. I've seen then written on cooking pans like that is disgusting and toxic!! Why not just write them on a peelable label? read more

Their customer service is horrible! I've been there several times, but my most recent trip has to be the most shocking and worst trip. I'm not planning on returning ever again. The white manager there with the frizzy hair is extremely rude! She has no customer service skills at all. When I first entered the store, an employee made a rude remark about people with mental disabilities due to a woman sitting outside the shop. Myself and several other shoppers were shocked. A mother finally spoke out saying how inconsiderate those remarks are as she herself has a daughter with mental disabilities. Then while at the fitting rooms, the manager began berating an older employee about the rooms not being clean in front of all the customers. Which was not true as there were only 2 hangers inside the fitting room. The manager straight up lied to yell at the employee. How unprofessional and embarrassing for not only the poor employee but the customers. Then this same manager began arguing with me about my own cultural and ethnic clothing. I had found a beautiful kameez top, however the matching dupatta scarf was incorrectly attached to another top. I explained to her to look carefully at the designs and the material, however she would rather die on that hill than help me out. I was shocked that this white woman is going to argue with me about my own ethnic clothing. She knew I was right, and then outright said "well I'm not gonna give this to you, so you can come tomorrow to talk to the other manager." She basically admitted to her stubbornness and ignorance. That manager needs to be taught how to properly treat their customers and employees. I've spent 100s and 100s of dollars and now never returning again. How disappointing... read more

Sister store to the store in Lodi. I feel it's bigger but others might disagree lol. Great coupons, great prices, always stocking the floor. Huge area in back with Misc stuff. Boutique items kinda high, same as Lodi. I noticed that they will have the usually weekly sale then have another in store sale going on. I got sweaters in summer for .95 cents!! Staff is friendly, no bags, come with your own bags, great parking. Fun store!! read more

Their prices are ridiculously high. Management or the individual who is in charge of pricing on items must not be aware they are a thrift store. Asking for $120 dollars for a Coach bag is crazy. read more

Normally everyone is nice there. I just didn't like how the older white lady treated us gave us a bad experience at that location. She mainly will work in the Antique booth towards the back of store. My 2 year old is really quite and shy.. she seen a toy and she goes "no mam kids are not allowed to play with the toys" .... Now I get it if she was loud and acting out but like I said she's very quite and shy wasn't doing a thing but holding the toy up to look at. So I did leave and go to Burlington next door just because I don't want to continue business in a place where I feel like my kids won't be welcomed or have that awkward experience. *Especially if that's the MAIN reason we are there to buy affordable toys.* read more

Last time I came here was 6 years ago and there wasn't much. Stopped by Saturday afternoon and the place has so much stuff now! I was in there for like an hour just looking at everything. Did buy a few jackets. Ended up cutting myself somehow with a hanger and was asking the employees if they had a bandaid. I was pleased with my purchases and although it took a long time for me to find them in the store, they were there and that I appreciate. The things that I purchased were unique things that I enjoy having around me. The person at the cash register was a little dry. I did not ask her name, I did not need to know her name. I was happy to find the few things I did find. Some of the things I wish I could have purchased were way too expensive. So I did not buy them. My overall opinion is that I love this store. And every time I come to Stockton , I can consider stopping there but of course I don't have time every time I come to Stockton to stop there. I would recommend a visit to the store. read more

I've been here a couple times and just recently have I noticed a strange change now, all of a sudden. They have these strange policies. The attitude of some of the staff is very nasty while the rest of the staff is very sweet n kind, And somehow they're prices make no sense!?? a lot of the things in there that you see are second hand n very old. They are charging named brand prices for things? But in other local thrift stores I've gone to, You can find v h s for a dollar a piece to ten cents a piece and this place is charging three or four dollars for some???!!yall are trippin. read more

Incredible selection of clothes, shoes, bags, furniture and soooooo much more at ridiculously low prices! Found some great items, including some A. Testoni men's shoes for $6.98 and some Rag & Bone men's shoes for only $1.98! In addition to the great selection of items and the great prices, they have things well organized and clean. Overall the experience is excellent clean, No bad smell, greeting at the door and price is Amazing! This is what stockton needed. This place has recently become one of my favorite thrift stores in town. It is well organized and clean. The employees are welcoming and friendly and always making sure things are stocked. Some items are priced a little high because most thrift stores these days know what they have, but it's still cool to spot vintage items. I recently came here and bought a beautiful brown 100% wool blazer coat for only $4.98! I recommend bringing your own reusable bag because sometimes they run out, but that's not a big deal at all. read more

This is the most disappointed I've ever been over a thrift find and how greedy the owners are. I found this amazing Lego Harry Potter set that retails for $400 and they were selling for $200! I was beyond excited for it-- life has been extremely rough lately and I was excited to find light in a dark tunnel. The first lego set I've ever built was a Harry Potter one with my dad so finding this had so much sentimental value to me. I was able to get it for about $125 with my coupon + discount and I was elated. I understand that they don't do refunds-- I've been going here for years-- so I decided to buy it thinking there would probably be a few missing pieces here and there which was fine with me -- I didn't expect all 6000+ to be there. But when I got home I opened it and saw that HALF of it was missing. There were supposed to be 37 total bags and the whole first half was missing, meaning I can't even start the build at all. It's just $100+ worth of trash at this point. I didn't think they'd take the whole "half off" thing that seriously! This should not have even been sold, let alone at that price point. I'm extremely heartbroken knowing I spent my hard earned money on something they won't even allow me to return-- not even for store credit (meaning I'll be back to support them again even after this incident)! I go here VERY very often and give both this location + the one in Lodi my business multiple times a week for years. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars here. Even the lady at the front said she's seen me shopping here ALL THE TIME. I'm 19 years old with my own business and I work hard to make sure my customers are ALWAYS happy even if it means having to make sacrifices for them-- so as a fellow business owner it's a shame to see others run their businesses like this. I tried coming in a few hours later to talk to them and the owner did not accept it at all. They literally robbed me of $125-- $125 worth of trash that they got for FREE. It's crazy how they're willing to lose an opportunity cost of thousands of dollars by robbing a loyal customer of $100+. It should be their responsibility to go through it themselves to make sure they're not putting out trash because they're SELLING it. Even other thrift stores are transparent when pieces are missing. I went to Superior Thrift an hour before and even they had the decency to disclose missing pieces in a $16 board game. This is damn near a scam to sell something worthless and label it "as is" just so you can say its not your responsibility. The customer should NOT be blamed for putting trust in the business, and if you're going to sell an item for $200 the LEAST you could do is make sure it's actually worth $200. The lady at the front basically said to my face, "Sorry you were too dumb to not count all 37 bags before buying!". The way she completely lacked sympathy even though she admitted she sees me in the store all the time supporting their business was astonishing. We then asked if we can talk to the owner, Josh, over the phone, and he told the lady to tell us that "you can try to come in again tomorrow to talk to me directly, but I don't wanna waste your time 'cause it's still gonna be the same outcome". The whole point of thrift stores is to provide FOR THE PEOPLE. The way they treated me and spoke to me shows that they do not give a damn about their customers' satisfaction. It's beyond disappointing how greedy this ownership is and I'm super disappointed to have had this experience with them.
