Ms. Lee Ann is an awesome teacher, so sweet and nice. I know shes about to have a baby but I hope she comes back soon. We've also had a different teacher before her and she was just as nice. Other reviews have made me apprehensive about new teachers but so far I haven't witnessed any of the meanness or berating of kids. I would reccommend this studio to anyone. They have upstairs and downstairs. The staff has always been friendly with me. I like how I can watch my daughter through the outside glass. My only complaint is that the changing rooms stink really bad. A bunch of sweaty girls in tights and leotards is just as bad as a bunch of sweaty jocks in a locker room. I wish they would air it out--at least leave the door open overnight instead of keeping it sealed shut saving the stench for the next day. I cant wait until my daughter is old enough for one of their singing classes. I am going to sign her up for that next. 8/8/14: My daughter just finished the Broadway Babies class! I've been going to classes at GRIT while I'm temporarily in Dallas to be with a hospitalized family…read moremember. It's too hot to exercise outside right now, and it has been great to be able to be active between sitting around a hospital. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, from the staff to the customers. It's very easy to come in as a new person and get a great workout, no fighting for a good spot or weird dynamics. I've tried two of the strength workouts, and they're comparable to Les Mills Body Pump in terms of intensity, sometimes more intense. The pricing is really what drew me to GRIT initially--there are several nearby fitness studios where you could pay $25 or so for a drop-in workout, but GRIT offers 10-day and 3-week options that are wildly affordable. They also offer two free initial classes. This makes it ideal for someone who is traveling or in town temporarily. They massively over-perform for the price.

My cycling journey at this CycleBar began back in 2017. While it's gone through a few ownership…read morechanges since then, it is still a well run studio. Compared to other locations, this one has a fairly large locker area which is helpful during class changes. As one class exists the cycle room and the next class is waiting to enter, the locker area can get very congested. Thankfully this one is large enough that it allows the waiting cyclists to move to the out of the way so those who just finished can grab their gear from lockers, towel off, etc. In case you're wondering there is a small wait in between classes as the staff needs this time to clean the cycle room, bikes along with replenishing each bike with fresh towels. The cycling room is theater style with 40 bikes waiting to be challenged. There are a couple of TV monitors which are used throughout some classes to allow each participant to see how they're doing in comparison to each other (there's nothing like a little competition). Just before class starts, the door to the room is closed and the music (and fun) starts. Once class starts the trainer does a superb job of encouraging everyone to dig a little deeper and get out of their respective comfort zone. At the same time, they remind everyone to respect any injuries, etc and to modify as required.From the owners to the instructors to the support staff, all are very inviting, helpful and encouraging. They are always available prior to the start of class assisting those that need help with the check-in process, shoes, bike adjustments, etc. As for parking, there is plenty of it available in the shared lot. CycleBar has both memberships which renew monthly or package of classes can be purchased. If you're looking to energize your exercise routine (or start one), I highly recommend checking out this CycleBar. All you need to do is show up. They provide shoes, towels, water bottle and water. Be prepared to work hard and have fun doing it.

Its very fun with the music and different excerises that we get to do on the bikes. Will definitely be back.
