After speaking with Carl I have agreed to edit my review. My money has been refunded so I believe that, though the job was poor, the satisfaction guarantee has been upheld. My original review follows. They arrived on time, but had forgotten some equipment so they left and arrived back about 30 minutes later. They got right to work. They started inside and them went out. They seemed to be working well, so I didn't pay too much attention. Once they said they were about finished I went around and looked at each of the windows. I was very surprised and disappointed to find that there was still dirt caked in the tracks and that the screens were also still very dirty. I pointed these things out and was told that this was $100 job and maybe my expectations were too high. I said that I guessed they were as I expected my screens and window tracks to be clean. He then said that his coworker had done those windows and that it was hard to find good help. He said that he would go around and inspect all the work and clean up what wasn't done right. I checked back a bit later and while there had been some improvement they were still very dirty. I gave up and paid for the work. I didn't imagine I would get any better service by asking them to be dome a third time. I have lots of 'after' pictures that show exactly what this company considers 'clean' and 'the best quality service.' read more

We received great service from the team at Prestissimo. Our first communication with them to receive a quote for cleaning our gutters was pleasant, informative, and professional. The team arrived punctually, was polite, and thoughtful. They were particularly kind to our puppy who is not a fan of new people visiting our home. The work itself was done quickly and well, and the appointment ended with an electronic processing of the paperwork and invoice. We expect to hire the folks at Prestissimo again and appreciate their service. read more

The guys gave a call before arriving then arrived shortly after completing the job immaculately and leaving the place literally cleaner than when they arrived. (Lame, gutter cleaning joke LOL) All jokes aside, the entire process was very smooth from starting with the quote to finishing with the lawn bags neatly lined up on the side. We definitely appreciate the help this service provides.!! I've already sent the "contact us" webpage out to friends and family for referrals. read more

Carl and his crew at Prestissimo are classy, professional, and trustworthy. They arrive on time or early, give attention to details, & are willing to go the extra mile with gutters, screens, etc. They treat the customer with respect, patience, and kindness. Once when there was an oversight, I called Carl, and he was there to fix it within the hour. Prestissimo! He has made my windows sparkle spring and fall for over 8 years now, and has become a dear friend. read more

I called Prestissimo late in the season because the snow and related late leaf drop had me in a snit. Well, I put my name on the list and it was only a week or two before the gutter cleaning was done. Since the job was perfect the last three times I did not even feel the need to check it. This service is great and the price is great. For the cost I was quoted for gutter guard installation I will die before I pay out that much to Prestissimo. Great Job! read more

This is the third or fourth time the Prestissimo crew has cleaned our windows. I recommend them highly! This company communicates well, and meets their commitments. Every crew that has been sent to our home is prompt, thorough and efficient. And the windows look great when they finish! The screens on our windows are balky and drive me crazy- but the professionals from Prestissimo don't even blink. Call Prestissimo! read more

Great service, professional, efficient. They cleaned my gutters and removed tree branches that had fallen on the roof of my house. They also fixed a section of the gutter which was sagging. The whole process was very smooth, they called me prior to do the job and when I came back from work, the job was completed to my entire satisfaction. Billing was done online. Highly recommended. read more

Although he couldn't fix my problem because they do cleaning but not repair , my service man was very helpful in telling me what he thought needed to be done. He also re-attached a downspout that had separated from the gutter during the storm. He was courteous, professional, and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. read more

Prestissimo has cleaned our windows on a couple of occasions. The first time they cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows. The second time the cleaned outside only. The team arrived on time, did a great job and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and we plan to use them again in the Spring! read more

Carl has always been my go to person for this service. He did an excellent job from where I can see the gutters from one of the windows. He's reasonably priced and goes above and beyond the scope of service by stabilizing sagging gutters and tightening loose fasteners. I would highly recommend him! read more
