Made an appt for Sunday at 3pm. Called early in the morning to see if it was okay to drop off my…read morecar before the appt. They stated, "yeah bring it by it's no problem. I asked if I were to bring it at 3pm would they have it done by the time the store closed. They stated yes of course. So I brought it by them by 10am. It was now 3pm and I haven't heard anything so I took it upon myself to see if my car was ready. They picked up and said, "let me go check." They then proceeded to put me on hold. I wait for 6 minutes. No one came back to the phone. I call back. They pick up and put me on hold again. I am now on hold for another 26 minutes. In between my hold my brother in law calls them. They put him on hold. He continuously tries to call them and they don't pick up the phone. At the end of my now combined 30 minute hold they decide to hang up on me. I then call back. Phone continues to ring. They finally pick up. I ask again what is happening with my car. They now tell me the tires are not available. We can have them in by tomorrow. SO YOU COULDN'T TELL ME THAT EARLIER?!!!! I HAVE TO CALL, WAIT ON HOLD FOR 30 mins, GET HUNG UP ON JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THE TIRES AREN'T EVEN AVAILABLE WHEN I LITERALLY PAID A DEPOSIT FOR IT TO BE AVAILABLE?!!!! Oh it gets better. I then let them know do not worry about it, I will pick up the car, and then I proceed to head back to the store. When I get there, do you think I got an apology? nope. So I ask the manager, "if I dropped the car off at 10am why in the world am I finding out at 340 that my tires are not here?" What did the so called "manager" tell me? "Wait when did you schedule the appt? You were able to schedule? Because yeah you shouldn't have been able to...let me see......." As this "manager" is looking and clicking away at the computer I literally just say forget it. What's the point in talking to yall? The two people who were so called managers had the customer service experience of a first day worker who hasn't even gone through training yet lol. Tire kingdom is a joke. I had a bad experience at a previous one when they broke my chair and I thought a different location would be better. Obviously it was not. This horrible service happened at the location located on 1201 Hypoluxo Rd, Lantana, FL 33462. Do not shop at tire kingdom. It's not even worth it anymore.

I ordered a tire on Thursday morning, and they promptly called me Thursday afternoon to let me know it had arrived. I told them I'd be coming in Saturday morning, and they advised me to come as early as possible to avoid long wait times. I was even reminded to check for my wheel lock key before I leave the parking lot which I really appreciated. They always provide great customer service and handle everything in a timely and professional manner. Over a month ago I ordered tires for two BMW M cars from Anthony. I prepaid for the tires…read more Pirelli P Zeros. It took a couple of weeks to get them. After installation I drove my M2 and the handling was terrible!! I quickly noticed that the tires were mismatched and two tires were not what I ordered. My cars are collector cars, I would never put mismatched tires on them! 3 weeks later and my car is still sitting in my garage and Anthony has done nothing to rectify the issue. I am tired of contacting him! Exhausting. I am now looking elsewhere to buy the tires and will have to figure out how to get a refund from Anthony (not happening). Buyer beware!!
